Then Georgetown is a Big East weak sister, as well.

Where the heck is Davidson anyway???? Sorry I'm a bit of a Big 10 snob, even though my team didn't do so not tonight :)

They are about 30 minutes north of Charlotte NC. A very small beautiful Campus. I think about 1700 kids attend. What a great story!!

Davidson through the years always had a respectable solid basketball program with good coaches. But now, they look like "the little school that could!"

Don't be surprised if they win it all!

Go Davidson!

Those of us who have watched Davidson all year know this was not an upset. And the best thing about the team's success is that the Davidson players are terrific people. They deserve all the accolades they are receiving, and there are a bunch of people back in Charlotte who will still love them no matter what happens against Kansas.

At least Wisconsin was gracious in defeat. They said that Davidson was just plain better - they didn't make excuses or say things like, "This was the worst game we ever played and they had all the luck."

Oh, well. So much for the Little 11 conference.

I think Jason Richards (Davidson) is from Barrington, IL and wanted to go to Northwestern, but the great Bill Carmody never even bothered to recruit him. What a great judge of talent Carmody must be to pass on the nation's assist leader.

He also never recruited the kid from Drake who was also from Barrington, IL and wanted to go to NU. The kid (can't remember his name)was the 2nd leading rebounded in the Missouri Valley Conference.

But who needs assists and rebounds anyway, right Bill? Enjoy your summer vacations in Croatia, do you?

Davidson will beat Kansas and cause a lot of pain in Amesbury. Bill Self is a bum.

The kid from Barrington you're referring to is Jonathan Cox.

Also, tell us how you really feel about Carmody.

Have to say, it's easy to stay within the "system" when you shoot lights-out. Man, those guys never seemed to miss! The Badgers ran into a buzzsaw. I'm a disappointed UW-alum, but I'll be curious to see Curry and his crew as they continue. He looks like a star in the making to me.

It would be helpful for your reporters to tell us where some of these obscure schools, like Davidson Colllege, are from. Davidson flew in most of it students and the question was, "from where?"

My family had the pleasure of knowing the Curry family when Stephen was a little boy watching his Aunt play basketball at Belmont Abbey College (just a short distance from Davidson). During this time Dell was a Charlotte Hornet.I will say this family was and seems to still be a close, loving family. What a dream come true for Stephen's parents to see the sweet little boy I remember grow up to be an awesome young man. I admire his dedication to his family and God. Most young men would never say that on national TV. Dell and Sonja Congratulations.....job well done! Enjoy this time in your life. It is truely a blessing and I enjoy watching Davidson and reading all of the deserving articles all the way up here in Canada. GO WILDCATS!!!!!!

Well, 9 for 25 ain't going to cut it Stephen. Too many 3's at times, and at the end, should have gave up the ball sooner to perhaps get it back on a screen. Maybe next year.
