Even Atlanta is doing a better job making some great deals than Magic. Mike Bibby is coming to Atlanta, that is a real point guard right there. Otis is not going to do anything similar changing Jameer because nobody is going to pay what the Magic paid for him. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm under the impression that J Nelson is a D Howard protege and Otis want to please Howard. Look at this quote from Jameer in a previous article:
"We've got to come back with a defensive focus," point guard Jameer Nelson said. "You don't go very far in the playoffs if you don't play defense. We got to cut down our turnovers, too."
Nelson said the Magic's goal is the same: winning a title.
My question is, When are you going to start doing what you are saying Jameer? We are not going to win a title until we get a real Point Guard. I think Otis could do something better...
