I don't like hearing McHale talking about draft picks and cap space. I thought -- and I truly hope -- he had been removed from any decision-making capacity for anything other than the on-court performance of the players currently on the roster. I can't imagine hearing Popovich or Jerry Sloan talking about cap space and draft picks. It's outside their job portfolio and it had better be outside of Kevin's, too.

Some people have posted about the wolves losing will allow them to get a "better" draft pick. To a point, that has been true. But now we are tied with OKC (and OKC will almost certainly win a few more games, while we won't) but we are still 3 games "ahead of" Memphis and the Clippers. Memphis and the Clips aren't likely to win the three games each that it would take to tie us, meaning that our fifth place slot is pretty well assured at this point. Unless we get lucky in the lottery (has never happened yet) we will be drafting 5th, or worse. The remaining draft picks that we get from Miami, possibly Utah, and Boston will be late teens to late 20's, so I honestly don't think we are going to find much help from those picks unless we get lucky.

McHale talks about Foye, Gomes, and others hitting "the wall". It's funny, but guys like Jordan and Pippen used to play 90-plus games and find a way to overcome fatigue, while these guys can't find a way to play hard at game 70. If they want to find out about tired, they should get a real job, that just so happens to only pay them about one percent of what they make now. Excuses, excuses. If you are a professional then suck it up and play hard for two hours.

Roy for Foye may go down as the biggest NBA heist ever. Foye is a bench player and Roy is an NBA stud. We wuz robbed.

now tiffany, i agree with that last comment, give them a strong big man like blake griffin and another dominant big man a center in the middle who can block shots, like a marcus camby, no matter what they say about camby, he is a problem for opposing teams or either a tyrus thomas from the chicago bulls.

tiffany. do u real think stephon marbury or rajon rondo. can run the show, if they did not have, kevin garnett, ray allen, paul pierce, u dont need a dominant point guard to win it all,. rajon rondo already prove that fact. the big three makes that team go, that u must agree with.
