Many times high-performance, multi-millionaire athletes feel that their opinions and evaluations are loaded with unquestionable truth and insight. In professional sports performance, high egos and elevated confidence needed to sustain ultimate performance, can come off as smugness and self-importance when playing days have ended and one attempts to enter the coaching arena.
