we do have 3 pretty decent centres, so we need use them effectively, chris mihm is a good player, but we have to be patient with him cos after not playing for a while. Kwame needs to play well, and you know i think hes gonna have his best year this year, cos its his contract year, and well bynum has standards to live up to, hes got to dominate downlow and show somfin this year, we need him now, i kno hes 20, but if he really is gonna be great, we need to see more this year, flashes are not enough.

i like how Phil Jax will make Kobe more of a distributor, i remember back in the days when he did that the lakers were killing it, back in 2000, 01, 02, he was finding his teamates and it helped us make out huge runs. this is a different team, but Kobe needs to get odom, bynum, walton all out the gate and then he will get into the game as it progresses. i remember the games Kobe wud be getting like 26 pts, 7-8 rebs and 6-7 ast...thats the kobe we need back i think...of course if all else fails in some games, we know he can carry us for a game or two and score 40+.

I am not sure if I really like it cause it means more work for kobe, and he will be exposed from the start, but then again he has the ability to do it better than anyone else so I guess it might be what the lakers need, hope so.

For the success of the team, Kobe should average no less than 30ppg, now if he can get those 30pts while averaging under 25 shots per game that would be awesome.

it means less i think man...scoring 40 pts a game is more tiring than ditributing man. thats why against the suns a couple of years ago when we nearly beat them kobe was fresh at then end and we won more.

Well clearly kobe did not look good last year but I think he was tired because he had to pick up the load for everyone else, I dont think kobe has ever worked harder than he did last year, he was spent, otherwise kobe looks like kobe, but he did force the ball too much last year and thats kobes fault he should have recognized that his team mates were actually making their shots and passed the ball more.

just crazy talk, injuries forced him to shoot more because passes to odom and walton suddenly became passes to Mo Evans and Ronny T. Kobe's competetive he wants to win, he's going to shoot because he believes in his abilities more than the guys around him and he's justified because LA lacks depth

Ok Hardly anyone backs up kobe more than I do, let me make it clear I am talking about last years playoffs not the regular season, and if you knew I was talking about the playoffs then what games where you watching? kobe tried too much and I know he wasnt playing great like the kobe we know cause he was tired I really believe that, but still his team mates did very well especially odom, and kobe just really had the worse playoff series I ever saw from him last year, he was great during the regular season.
