Worse than not signing Varejao is signing Austin Carr to do all of the color. Carr is the most obnoxious color man in the business. He continuously repeats himself. Do you know what time it is?

It not that the Cavs won't sign Varejao, it's that he won't sign with the Cavs.

>Marshall said the ordeal was a ''pretty >strange and scary situation.''

Oh please.... if he was Joe Shmuck travelling alone, I could understand being worried about losing a passport.

In the world of the NBA where everything is done for the players and are treated like royalty with dozens of officials answering to their every whim and taking care of every little detail and for whom US officials bend over backward to accomodate, there is no such worry.
The only incovenience was having to waste 3 hrs.

Life is hard, isnt it?

I'm tired of all the Andy drama... Yes we could use him but I would like to have a real future for this team. We have to be smart about it. If you over for a back up C/PF then how will we sign the PG or any other player we need when a player somes available. LB is looking at the salary and he knows if there strapped for cash, it means they can not sign the player to support him and that is what will make him leave. This team as is will struggle next year. 10 mil for Andy or 12 mil for Bibby?

Andy is just not worth that much money, we need to put a stop to this, find another player! I think Scott Williams was doing a fine job, you are correct Austin Carr really gets on my nerves with his repeating.

Sign the Wild Thing. The Cavs are 1-6 so far in preseason, and not looking like a repeat for the NBA Championship finals. A$$ LeBron James has so far shown nothing new with his outside and foul shooting after those games, he still misses way too many.

If Dan Gilbert & Danny Ferry want any chance to return to the finals, they need Anderson Varejao for that backup center/power forward position now.

Boston and Detroit are both better teams now. The Cavs have fallen backwards into the .500 team level. They may not even make the playoffs.

Wild Thing should get his $10 million. Gilbert says he has no money problems to pay salaries, or does he?

A$$ LeBron James still needs to appologize for wearing the NY Hat. The 1954 WS Curse of Bob Fellar continues on the Cavs and needs to be removed.

GO ??????? I haven't mad eup my mind yet.

Money shmoney for pete sake - We need Anderson on the team. He's the second most popular player besides Lebron. How do you know he won't be worth $10 million when the season is over? Sign him already. He's good for the team and the fans. When we're excited, the team plays better. Pay forward. We want our team back too.
And don't let Sasha slip through your fingers either. I'm just a fan but I pay for the games too.

To say that Scott Williams was let go because he was "too critical", is a joke. He was painful.

Let the freak leave town then. Criminy, who does he think he is anyway? No matter what, the Cavs are a one-man show and always will be under Danny Ferry. Varejao is easily one of the most overrated players in Cavs history.
