The Lakers don't have a "killer instinct". Aware of their weak defense but strong offense, they should compound their weakness by burying the opponents at the early stages of the game so they don't play "rim-in-rim-out" at the closing seconds like what happened with the Heat and Majic.

I am a big Kobe fan, but now I know for sure he ain't no MJ. He is not capable of elevating his teammates play and he sure ain't making clutch shots. Some one in that locker room needs to light up a fire in their a....s , otherwise they will continue to downplay their struggles and will face a harsh reality come play off time. Remember when Bynum said, "we're trying to get to 10-0 first and then we'll go for another 10-0 run." how bout not being lazy on defense so you can stay on the floor a little longer than 1 minute b4 ur pulled out.!

Sweet justice to watch flop Fisher and Flop Ginobli lose this week. Refs stunk in that game. Ruined a great match up of big men. Showed Bynum isn't quite there and Howard still needs work but at least can play decent D with fouls. Next time Fisher flops like a little sissy they should let Howard drop an atomic elbow on him!!! Guess everyone in LA can act at least a little bit....

The Lakers remain fun to watch, but aren't a championship contender.
Kobe talking to Gasol about his offensive role?
He's the last guy I would ask about a conversation with Gasol.
Kobe, while he is a great player, is hardly a guy with insight into
the minds of his teammates.
Gasol was probably questioning Kobe as to why he has jacked up 70
shots in the last few games, while Gasol has the leagues top FG%?
Kobe's in the Kobe World!
Also: Why do you and others offer those "screwey numbers in the image"?
It's stupid and serves no purpose, other than pissing people off!

Lakers were weak on defense last year and they've done nothing to improve this year. They might be good enough to win the west again but they wo'nt beat Boston or Cleveland and Orlando for that matter.

in the end, it will be the lakers against the celtics. the celtics are getting better every day especially their defence and somebody coming up every game. their big 3 is consistent and the bench are contributing. but in the end, it will the lakers in 6 games over the celtics as the twin tower will lord over them coupled with the 3 pts shots from the bench.

Lakers fans we don't have a problem at (21-5), But we do have player who don't feel like playing the game to the tempo of the teams that taking it to them, Teams that are measuring they play from the role of play of the Lakers player. Now they say that a team take the image of the coach or the co-captain and I can see it, Phil and Kobe are to relax do you see Phil or Kobe acting like they are upset right now at the teams play (NO) here's a suggestion for Mr. MVP Kobe take the team out again like you did last year to get the team feeling like a team again, let the team watch the game as a team and see how they can help another out doing the game on the defense side of the ball.

(P.S. Just a Suggestion)
