Based on his non reply, I would say that Sasha would prefer to shoot first. Plus, every time I see him play, he's shootin'.

The thing that gets me is that Vujacic doesn't even play good defense and gambles to much trying to poke the ball away early in the game.

Let's face it. Sasha likes to shoot first and Lamar knows that. Plus, there's a bunch of facilitators (Lamar and Luke to name a few) in the team so it makes sense for him to shoot because other than Kobe, there's no one who's gonna launch more shots per minute than him. But now, Sasha is not getting consistent minutes. Thus, there's no rhythm for him to get into the game. It's always garbage time by the time he gets a bunch of minutes in. I say watch those game films 2 seasons ago and play your game. Keep focused. You'll get your minutes!

Sasha is a shooter - ONLY. If he doesn't open up his game more, he will be an ex-laker. Especially since his "shot" has disappeared. Lamar is totally right on this one. Farmar is going to have to elevate his game also. He has been in the league long enough to be farther along than where his game is. As far as I'm concerned the lakers have excellent trade bait with the both of them along with someone I really like - DJ Mbenga. They could grab a successor to Fisher, who is about done, or a real pure shooter. The free agent market will be crazy next year so teams will be willing to trade for something, rather than get nothing.

Oh, i forgot. PLEASE include Luke Walton in ANY deal. I like luke as a person, but his game hasn't improved at all. He can't shoot or rebound, but for some reason Phil likes him on the court. Being a "smart" player with no noticeable skills only takes a player or team so far. Give those minutes to other guys coming off the bench.
