It's definitely not over! Unfortunately, this is ugly basketball being played. Way too much bumping, shoving, hacking, etc. That's not great defense -- it's a travesty that NBA officials let go. The Goodyear Wingfoots used to play a more exciting game than this! If it weren't for the Cavs being one of the teams, there would be NO ONE in NE ohio that would say this is good or exciting basketball. If this is what the NBA has come to, I'll stick with college ball and especially the Zips!

The series may not be over, but will someone, anyone please tell Ilgauskas to dump that pathetic hood shot into the nearest trash can. A snail moves faster than Z when he attempts it. A player from midcourt could run in and block it from behind. Besides that, I don't recall too many of those things dropping through the net. I'd much rather see him face up to the basket from 19 feet and shoot a jumper (if his feet actually ever leave the floor) than take that incredibly ugly thing that resesmbles a hook shot.

Screw the Roo! I'm for the Golden Flashes. I'm not afraid of kangeroos. But you are right about this being an ugly series. It's living up to all the hype. This rivalry will go on forever I think. Only it seems the Pistons are stepping up the shoving, so look out for game 3. You haven't seen ugly yet.

Don't kid yourself, Terry, this series is over so much it is unreal. James can not do much when he is really needed, even to make a couple foul shots. You have to give him credit though, he has made himself rich.

The Cavs were competitive in the first two games. Their lack of focus during certain quarters cost them two victories. They have had this problem all year. The coach should have corrected the problem months ago. How? With timely substitution and as pointed out in the article......change in tempo. The few times that that was done during the regular season, they were usually successful.

I'm impressed with how the Cavs are handling the ref situation. Sure, more fouls could be called. But let's leave it to us fans and sportswriters to complain. Brown and LaBron are smart not to get sidetracked with a quarrel they can't win. It really does take time and experience to improve on the court. LaBron is learning every game. He's going to be an even bigger monster out there as the years pass. I'm confident the Cavs will get there, mainly because of their mature attitude.

Mike "great defense" Brown should have told LeBron & Co. to shoot within 5-6 seconds so they could have at least one more chance to to win or tie.Did he tell the team to go for the last shot ? I would have taken my chances on defense instead of letting the clock wind down to 10 seconds before shooting.
