.. brown just isn't coaching this team... it is his job to get them to compete not LBs They look lost confused... they haven't had practice since before LB was hurt... whyNOT? these are kids, Coaching has to be at every level... it is a bunch of player who have not played together and are expected to know what to do on the own... dame it, Brown didn't know they haven't had practice since Nov. 23 ???? what does he just go home and drink beer??? If LB comes in and shots 1000 free throws a day to get better then Brown can hold a practice or two!!!! I now understand why... it isn't the players... really is the coach or should I say lack of Coach!!!! I'm just pissed after hearing that. Lousy freethrows, no offense, no unity, just watch the star play mentality?? It all leads to Brown!!!

When will Danny Ferry realize that Mike Brown is not the coach for Cleveland. Brown is riding on the coat tales of Lebron James and when LB is down and the coach means more than ever to his team, he is delivering what he is capable of, nothing. Sorry Mike, I've been patient but I am all used up.

Get rid of Mike Brown. He couldn't coach a high school team. When you can't muscle out a win or two when your best player is out, you're not a coach. Anyone could pass LeBron the ball and say "win it for us." There is no system. There is no offense other than three pointers, which we shoot poorly. When other teams get lucky and obtain the best player in the league, they go out and get a proven coach (think Paul Westhead out, Pat Riley in for the Lakers, Collins out, Phil Jackson in for the Bulls). A lifelong assistant coach should not be learning the ropes on LeBron's time. There is no salary cap on coaches, Mr. Gilbert. Get rid of Brown, and if Ferry doesn't like it, get rid of him, too. Please, Mr. Gilbert. This is not just a rough spot in the season. This is an indictment of the head coach.
