Going back to Riley/Ewing and beyond - the Knicks' fourth-
quarter basketball IQ has been sadly lacking.

The quality of their 4th quarters tends to highlight and parallel the quality of their personnel decisions - again, going back past Riley/Ewing.

Hard to see present rotation improving much in that regard.
Couple interesting possibilities on bench...

Isiah Thomas is one heck of an arrogant selfish little piece of a Penn Station toilet bowl extractment.

Stephon I'm a Star Marbury is a legend in his own demented clueless mind that ever since his arrival in a Knicks uniform the team has gone down hill.

The Knicks are a joke.

Well, here we go again.

Another year of suck @ss basketball from an organization who has not won a championship since the Nixon administration

Think of it. Over 30 years of absolute ineptitude of a team that represents the greatest city in the 5,000 year history of civilised man.

We'll hear Isaiah's excuses...blame will be handed out like playing cards and we're going to have to suffer through another season of pure garbage.

He promised a winning season when - like a brave boy and trooper - he decided to take coaching into his own grubby, tushie pinching hands. Well, besides failing to give the jury the facts in his harassement trial, he'll now fail New York City again.

Please, dear lord, give our city a basketball team!

And speaking of which, when ARE the Nets coming to Brooklyn?

Schmuck...you could have saved yourself some time by simply saying "they suck."

Thank you.

Come on now, yeah they lost the game- but let's be real, this was very promising- they looked a heck of alot better than they did last year. The Cav's won the eastern conference last year if anyone remembers. Yeah this team probably won't win a Championship this year, but give it a rest already! It's only the first game!!

Why is Isiah still coaching and Don Imus loses his job?
Why is it OK that a black man can use the B-word to address a black female and not a white male?
Why can a black man use the N-word freely and everyone else can't?
Where is Rev. Al Sharpton?
