"Rooney" was a good fit here, and I would welcome him back.
Given Bird's love for european players, I wouldn't be surprised to see him back in the Fieldhouse.

I really hope Boston signs ole Runy.
I really think he could thrive surrounded by all stars - would get a lot of nice open looks...

Anyone who would not like to see him with the Pacers or watch him play has zero understanding of basketball.

He won't be back. He's a good player in the Euro leagues but his game doesn't translate well to the NBA. Another team might give him a shot (read, Cavaliers), but it's more likely he'll go back overseas. Besides, the new coaching staff, O'Brien and Harter, preach defense. Runi can't guard a stump.

He might play well coming in off the bench. I'd like to see him back, especially in an open offensive attack.

The Pacers could bring him to training camp and see how he does.

Another bright idea from Larry "livin' on a memory but don't know what the hell I'm doin'" Legend. He sure knows how to pick'em!

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Aries

The prospect of travel really appeals to you today, especially if you don't have any holidays booked for the foreseeable future. So be careful if you're out shopping and you happen to walk past a travel agent's, because almost before you know it you could be sitting in there waving your credit card around and consulting your diary for the best day to take off for the wide blue yonder.
