For years, I did not like Iverson. I always referred to him as a street kid wannabe with no class. Then he became a spoiled brat. Eventually, he appeared to grow up. I must say that for some low class appearing person, he matured into a good stable person. He now has a lot of class. In any TV interview he gave while on the Sixers, he never said a curse word or used foul language, he never spoke bad about anyone, and he was always polite. As is not the case with many famous people, he is a good family man with no children born out of wedlock. I think that now, he is a real class act. When he came out onto the field yesterday, he did remember from where he came, which most people do not. Best wishes to him.

I am happy for A.I. It was sad to see him go. It would have been great for him to have ended his career in Philly but things happens and that's the name of the sport! You never know where you are going to end up, but I am happy for him. He bought alot to the Sixers and they lost alot when he left but he will always be remembered as a Sixer!!! Keep up the good work A.I. We miss you

People act and do things according to the surroundings they were bought up in. He wasn't raised in Beverly Hills with a silver spoon is his mouth. He had to work hard to get where he is today. But I will agree that since first coming into the league he has matured alot!

Iam a great -grandmother and I have always seem the good in this young man.I think he is just wonderful and has really grown into a great man. I love you Allen Iverson, keep the faith.
