The team stinks. But Rambis is starting to sound more and more like Randy Wittman all the time: the guys knew what they should do, but they failed to do it. I'm afraid we have the second coming of the "young coach syndrome," where the system is seen as sacrosanct and the coach is convinced that all failings are a function of the players, not the coach's ideas or application. How'd that work out with Wittman?
