Rambis not only has to change the offense that the team runs, but he also has to change the additudes of the players that are so used to losing.

You can see it in almost every game, a five point deficit might as well be twenty points. Suddenly there are guys standing around on both ends of the court.

Rambis will get this turned around, eventually.
