Put the basketball talk to rest..... It's off season, and most of us real people could care less about the NBA....
It's nice not to have the Lakers at the front of every newscast in LA for once.....
It's summer, time for baseball, stop the basketball drivel.
Why don't You just stay the basketball forums that way You don't have to read it any thing about the Lakers any more.

That way You're happy and we're happy.

we hope sasha and ronny would returned to the lakers squad. they had the talents that fits on triangle offense. also they have the experience from the previous season, they got it to the finals without a true center. if bynum's back this lakers squad could have a bright future, they could win 70+ next season(s).
i just wonder, is it posible for the lakers to have four (4) 7 footer in floor? assuming they won't trade their big men. mihm, djmenga, gasol, and bynum, i hope mihm and dj could elevate their games to make it posible. provided also bynum could continue his monster games like the previous season, he's near unstoppable.
Mbenga is not a Lakers any more.

Since GSW offered Turiaf over 4 mils a year for 4 years the Lakers are hard pressed to match that since they are already paying almost 5 mils in luxury tax. Mbenga can take Turiaf place, he is taller too, for a lot less money. The Lakers are better off not resigning Sasha and Turiaf, instead using that money to offer Posey a deal he can't pass up. Posey is a much better defender and scorer than Sasha anyhow, granted he is older but he can help the Lakers win now.
Mbenga is not a Laker any more, Turiaf is knows the offense better, even if the Lakers didn't sign sasha and turiaf they can only offer Posey the Mid level E., which is 6 Mil for 5 years.
if they resign Turiaf and Sasha they still can offer their MLE to Posey.
