if the laker could just get Walton out of there..he cant ball..while the lakers have been waiting on him to come around Sasha, farmar, and Turiaf has passed him up in growth..i know that Bynum will be a big addition but you cant ignore that Walton and that Rodmonivich guy got dogged...the lakers must get athletic offensively and defensively at the 3 position

I couldn't agree more! I think Radmanivac should stay because he proved himself and Walton is just so horrible. He tries to throw it between the legs and stuff eventhough he should just try to make the play....

ok ive been throught these posts there pretty good. fact the lakers will not make any trades, salary cap. The line up with be shaken up. fisher might come of the bench and farmer might start he will give them more energy and can drive the lane he has heart. Ariza will play a lot more minutes next year he is the next michael cooper, he does need to develop his permiter game. The big question, can gasol and odom gain a heart, bynum will help stop penitration in the middle. kobe not old he is finally gaining a wholistic view of basketball. The lakers next year will play more of a eastern kind of game with the 3 bigs they will clog the middle and rebound the crap out of the ball. So i am very excited about next year the youth will grow up next year. the west will not be a problem, the top east teams will be their challenge in the finals. and every athlete needs something to overcome and every laker has that now. I will be excited to watch the lakers next year.

If Bynum returns and has a good year that's great, but we need defence players to win games, it starts with your defence. Also you need a defence coach that teachs defence. Phil, Kupchak and Mr. Buss get one, your offence is fine. Get role players that can do that and you win easy. We all see it. I hate to say it but that's why any team win championships, Look what the NY Giants did, It all about defence, Kobe should be resting in the 4th quarter. If you don't then you get pounded again. when we had Shaq. we had a defence, Pat Riley preached defence and we won 5 championships with Magic and Coop, they played team defence and rebounded, SIMPLE!
