If the MAgic win their division but say Toronto ends up with a better record, would the Magic be a 3 or a 4 seed in the playoffs?? Anyone know??
If they finish with a better record, they get the higher seed. But when the Magic win their division, they can be no worse than a 4 seed. I am more worried about Cleveland passing us than Toronto right now.

I think we might have a little trouble in Philly tonite. They havent played since Saturday. Plus, they are fighting for a playoff spot. Magic better bring it.

Did you see Gerald Wallace just got another concussion? Hes had 4 in 4 years. Theyre not sure if or when he could play again. Glad the Magic didnt sign him.

This Magic team needs to continue playing solid defense. As long as they do that then their future looks real good.

Love to chat with you Jim but I have to find a new location for my school for the fall. We have outgrown the facilities we have now. So the next several weeks I may not be around much until I find a location. Besides as long as the Magic win the Anti-Magic crowd runs and hide. The cant stand the positive vibes going on here. Luke from Kissimmee still hasnt shown his face since his famous Magic will lose the lead to the Wizards by All Star break.
Naningbob best of luck to you sir in finding a new location for your school. I appreciate your comments as they are always positive. Apparently there are some here who are afraid to give credit where credit is due concerning this Magic team. But it is all good as long as the Magic keep winning. GO MAGIC!!!

Excellent observation Bo. The Magic need to come out and bury these guys early. Dont give them any kind of confidence right from the start. Control Andre Miller and Iguodala and things should go smoothly for the Magic. If they can get to 100 points in this one they should have no problem winning.

Hey BO, Long layoff can be a good thing too sometime...They might come out too rested. But you are right. I can go either way. We just need to keep Iguodala at bay and Howard needs to Hard foul somebody once adn we should be good.

It should be an easy WIN or a nailbiter.

I was at the Philly game last week, and there was a lot of trash talking going on. The Philly players are going to bring it tonight, we need to have our 'A' game ready.

I still feel like the Magic are a power forward away from being really special.

I will be the first to admit when I am wrong, and I think I was wrong with both the Milicic handling, and the Ariza trade. Both seem to be working positively for the Magic. At the time I thought they were mistakes.
Milicic number with Memphis are horrible, and it is hard to tell with Ariza as he has been hurt, but Evans and Cook are meshing with this team nicely.

GO MAGIC!

Good point Tom. Milicic is an underachiever who at times appears as though he is sleepwalking out there. Meanwhile both Evans and Cook are developing into important pieces on this Magic team. Evans brings it every night. And even Cook is beginning to give extra effort out there. I was at the Sacramento game on Sunday and a couple of times he dove after loose balls.
To be honest I wasn't too disappointed in losing Milicic. But I was wrong about the Ariza trade. When that deal first went down I thought it was a bad move for the Magic. Now it appears it is paying dividends for Orlando.

Tonights game is important because Toronto is playing at home against Minnesota. That should be an easy win for the Raptors. The Magic need to keep a grip on the number 3 position in the East. Cleveland is plaing at Boston so the Magic can gain a game on them too with a win.

How come you guys dont get it. We have been winning all season. Our court, their court, winning records, losing records. Quit giving us your crap about the playoffs. You lost all your predictions about he Magic having a losing season now you have to go to the playoffs because you just dont understand basketball. Get a life and get used to seeing the Magic win. They have a good team, its about time you faced it. Every team in the NBA has weaknesses, we have strengths that exploit the other teams weaknesses. There is a reason why no NBA team has been able to stop us from scoring. We have had only a couple of nights all year which we have not been able to score and that is normal for an NBA season.

Here is a good article to read folks. It tells about the lack of respect the Magic are getting as well as the importance of playing defense.

thanks for the head up on the article.
not only did they mention about the lack of respect, they also brought out the inconsistent defense.
