Frye finds game again
#1 Mar 20, 2007
It's about time. I could see the talent all along. I am not sure exactly why he has not asserted himself until now. It's as if he suddenly woke up. If there is one fault is evident with Frye is that he needs to assert himself within the scheme of things. No one had tell David Lee or even Renaldo Balkman. They seem to have found their niche from the get-go. I realize that Frye is more of a finesse player but if the Knicks are truly to take some pressure off of Curry on the inside they need Frye to step up and stay assertive every game, not every third or fourth game. The recent 20 point games don't surprise me. Frankly I expected that right from the outset. I expected Frye, on the confidence of last season, to have had a season like David Lee has had.
