wow, is Cleveland EVER going to win some kind of Championship? I have been at one time or another over the past 30 years a fan of first the Cardiac Kids (Browns), then the Mike Hardgrove Cleveland Indians where they 'almost' made it, and more recently for the last 4 years a fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers. I love these guys, All of them but do I think we're going to do it this year? I don't - it's evident in this round of playoffs. If we make it to the 3rd round, it will be a miracle. I'm afraid that I have got to stop watching the games because I am getting entirely too upset and wonder who is paying off the referees or is the title already set and paid for no matter how hard a team plays? The winners will never change because I think 'money' pays for championship teams and everything is set. So when is it Cleveland's turn? Curse or coins? You decide. I already have.

The series is tied. Most thought it would go to 7 games. Relax.

Now it is best of 3. Whoever has tickets for games 5 and 7 better be doing some serious LOUD cheering up at the Q for our guys.

We're still in it to win it.

The Cavs need to be playing EVERY game as if it's game 7 of the finals if they hope to win this and other (hopeful) rounds on the road to the championship round! Anything less and they may as well just pack it in for next year.

I still say Cavs in 6, but I'm starting to worry, evveryone else is sweeping except us, this is either good because we're taking our time or bad because we're struggling. If we continue to play without passion we're destine to watch the Lakers/Magic remach.

Yep, maybe we're finally going to wear them down with our athleticism. I think the idea that's floating around about putting Bron on Rondo might just do it. They just don't know who to put on Pierce, which I find ironic because we're suppose to be SO DEEP.

How about Moe on Pierce, LeBron on Rondo, Shaq on the Baby, Z on Garnett (where is Z anyway????)? Seems like a good matchup to me... Problem is they have good shooters and we cannot match them like that, the only reason we stompped them last year is Garnett being out. This is thier last year to actually compete, next year they'll collapse like the Pistons with everyone activating thier AARP cards and trading in thier Land Rovers for Grand Marquis.

I agree with you about Z. That is a point I've been trying to make on another forum all season, especially to get him back. Coach asked him if he wanted to play in game 3 in the blowout and he said he was stiff. Well, YEAH, sitting on the bench so much. I guess that would be taking minutes away from Shaq, Jamison, Andy and Hickson who are the "productive" ones. I suppose they're just going to use him for those who foul out and injuries. Yeah, just throw him in there rusty against the Magic and Lakers should we advance.

My point exactly. The Cavs need more than just Lebron to show up to play. And why is Z sitting on the bench?

That's the dilemma. Bron can guard the best/most disruptive opposing offensive force, but then, who guards the second and third best? Who else can keep up with Pierce, Garnett, Wallace, and Allen?

Quite frankly, I am tired of hearing about how great all the Boston teams are. I would like nothing better than to watch them all sink into mediocrity. That, however, doesn't seem to be happening. The Celtics are not going to shrivel and blow away, so the Cavs have to find a way to get, and keep, everybody involved on every play, in every game.

There's entirely too much talent standing around watching LeBron redefine basketball, and not enough team work going on in this series. This has to change or, as an earlier poster stated, we'll be watching a rematch of last year's final. Who wants to see THAT?

I honestly think if we don't take Boston this year, we'll be in serious trouble if we don't make a good trade. We need a strong player who can post up like LeBron, not an old man who says he's here get the "king" a "ring" and then possibly retire. We need YAO or something...

Hey TMD, wassup? We do have a dilemma here and Coach admittedly has been struggling to manage everybody's minutes.

I thought about it, and I kind of like that idea of Z on KG (should Bron go on Rondo). KG just doesn't have it like he use to. I respect the guy, but he's slowing down. Pierce isn't the threat he use to be either. I'm surprised they have sustained through 4 games. So maybe these last 3 games will take it's toll on THEM not US. But Rondo HAS to be stopped.

Yes, there is talent around Bron and some nights they even show up. But that crap of just leaving the lane open and letting Boston just walk to the hoop has got to stop.

Bron sets the tempo/energy of the game and he needs to come out just like game 3. No waiting for the 4th quarter comebacks.

Funny you should mention Yao. I was thinking about all the bigs and his name popped in my head. Isn't he a free agent this summer? Do you know if he has had the feet problems that Z had?

Not that I don't give Shaq some credit, because if he ever nails a hook shot and all his free throws, I'll do a back flip. lol He's had some double digit scoring decent in the rebs.

Z on KG is like 2 old men fighting at a retirement home... If Paul P. wants to go to the hole. We can have Shaq remind him where the floor is. Couple hard fouls will put him in check.

Yes he has feet problems. He didn't play at all this year because he had surgery. I think Houston will do whatever they have to to keep him.

LOL I've seen quite a few bouncing off the big fella, especially in the Chicago series! Ya gotta luv him.

While you're taking out a contract on Pierce, add Mr. Rondo to that list.

I knew Yao had surgery and missed this season. Wasn't sure what he had surgery on.

Reports say his return to training camp for 2010-2011 is 'questionable'.
