It would be interesting to put together a tape of all the last two minute sequences of close Wolves' games. What a comedy of errors it would be.

And if that didn't do it, how about a tape of Luke dribbling to the base line then all the way across before making some ill-conceived and desperate pass. Or Darko pounding the ball and trying to back another player down until someone steals the ball from him. Or Jonny Flynn doing anything. Or Kurt Rambis making faces.

Lots of things to enjoy about this team.

I can't believe that the PP is still covering the hopeless, hapless Wolfies.

Not sure which game Richardson attended last night. I watched the Celtics broadcasters on NBA league pass and the game was anything BUT a playoff atmosphere. The wolves came out lethargic and playing their famous "Ole'" defense (that would be the bullfighting Ole', not the Sven and Lena version). The second halve was much more fun, however, as the Wolves finally started to hustle and put the ole' defense away until next game.

Richardson also takes literary license when his description includes the statement that halve of the crowd was wearing Celtic green. Maybe 5 percent..........maybe.

Takeaways: Darko is too passive and has bad hands to boot. The guy flashed a few moments of aggression last night, and the crowd actually roared (well, applauded moderately loudly). Not wanting to seek attention, Darko made a mental note to never do that again.

Beasley could be a really good NBA player if he spent as much energy on defense as he does trying to score. The NBA version of the NFL's Randy Moss.

Randolph had a bad game with a couple of CS (read barnyard bird fecal matter) calls that went against him, which took him out most of the first halve. His shot didn't fall all game long, but he played hard as did Tolliver.

Wes and Darko need to take boxing lessons this summer. Maybe getting punched in the nose a few times will get their blood boiling and give them more "edge" to their game. Right now they make Gordon Hayward look like a cold blooded killer in comparison.

You brought up the "critical errors" that Darko and Michael were involved in, and rightly so, but one fact that seemed telling to me was the fact that the Celtics
at least had a ton of respect for Darko. They had two guys chest to chest and chest to his back for much of the game. He still scored and came within a rebound of a double double, and got his two blocks as well as some steals. He did OK, and although his shortcomings are open to be discussed, he does do some toog things, as well.

But how about AT? Darko played with the same intensity, she would be unstoppable.

Well those 5% green made more noise than the 95% cheering for the wolves. I was watching the game on TV and it definately sounded like a split crowd. Pathetic.

Maybe 5% of Target Center capacity equals 50% of the people there?:)

I admit it: 30-13 in the first quarter made me tune out. I flipped in back on to find they were back in it and was shocked. In a long season, that was the breaking point. Good on the Woes for coming back, but SOMETHING has to be seriously amiss in the way the coaching staff prepares this team for a game to come out so slow and flat game after game. Rambis seems to not have a clue how to "get to" these young players, and his inability to adjust his gameplan (does he have one?) is pretty evident when the other teams are able to adjust.

This from a guy in MS. Posting on a StP forum. On a Timberwoes post. Calling someone stupid. THIS one goes on the 'dumb board'.

Now, back to ripping on the tpups....
