I did have a rapist on my team. Marbury raped a stripper here in MN. She was bullied by her handlers not to press charges.(My roomate was the officer on the scene).

Probably happens more than we will ever know.

Ah Marbury, yeah he is in a league of his own, he is trying to bully the Knicks, right now.

Women getting rape is commom in school campuses.

But in the Kobe case, after all investigations that was done, kept showing that she lie and she was trying to get money.

As soon as the D.A. found that out he wanted to
drop and burry the case as fast as possible.
Cause it was going to make them look stupid.

Bynum was the key to the victory. Frankly Kobe is an overrated superstar. 44% shooting SG are a dime a dozen.

Actually the case would have been hard to prove because he admitted having sex with her. There was definately a lot of evidence supporting the claim.

The real reason the case was dropped is because the defense team kept violating the rape shield laws. They did this over and over again. The entire point of these laws is to protect the alleged victim from the exact pressures that ended up being put on her. She recieved thousands of hate mail letters. Her past sexual history was broadcast throughout the media, her name itself should never have been released.

Good job by the defense team, I guess there's no penalty for violating these laws, so they figured, just keep doing it. They've now laid the precedent for all Rape case defenses.

wasn't it a court error that put her name out there? i never heard that the defense were the ones who violated her rights. From what i've heard, it was a court error.

but who cares, she got paid already and i'm sure she's happy for that. Why do you care so much. Let it go.

GO LAKERS... GO KOBE!!

Bryan never claim he did not have sex with her.
Just that he did not raper her, she already had
reputation of sleep with other pro basket ball players.
Yeah is sad about the all hate letters.

But they found holes in her statements that let them to find out that she lie.
Her recent sex life history was very important
it showed why she was bruised down there, she was very sexually active woman.

Also she did not follow the behavior of rape woman, I know is sound odd, but for a person that is been rape recently, that person does not go out and have sex with another person in less of 24hrs after being rape.

That is when they started catching up with her lies and to call Bryant a rapist is not, right.

After it was proved that he did not.
