He's young, he's dying to be apart of this organization, he was an amazing leader (one of the best if not the best play the magic have seen), and he'll drop the hammer on this team teach unconventional basketball. He'll teach them how to use the amazing talents they have as a team. He could be our Avry BUT...he choked in the finals. don't see things improving with him at the helm particularly given he has little to no coaching experience...NEXT!!!

Ramon Allende wrote: Like always the escaped goat is Carlos Arroyo. Brian Hill the problem is your system. everybody in the league knows that you are going to force the play with Howard. So they play a double team on him. For sure there will be a turn over. What about to spreading the court and give some freedom to the shooters. Does the truth hurt? Carlos and Jameer belong on the bench. Travis Deiner is the only playmaker we have at the point. IIIII is not the way you spell TEAM. Sorry but a good house cleaning this Summer is needed. Darryl Armstrong would make a great head coach with Grant Hill and Shaq has his assistants.

Who cares about the 2006 Basketball World Championship???? That's not going to help out this pathetic Magic team any right now.
Carlos and Jameer are both nothing more than back-ups. Jameer is upset because he's not getting paid enough in his eyes. Time to let Deiner take over. What does the Magic have to lose? They might blow the game against an easy opponent?

While you might be right about him needing some experience first, how does a bad sereis of games make him a bad coach. you must be a brian hill fan
