Instead of looking for a "leader", perhaps Riley should be looking for another job.

This team will not win unless riley face the truth the player he picked to lead is a BUM he is the last player to arrive down court when the heat is on offense...shac is the last player down court every time. Even Zo arrives early and he has only one kidney
Shac who is the center could not hit the beach from the shore for over 3 minutes in the last game
Shac is absent (I dont know who is worse kimane brown from the lakers or Shac right now), even when he is on the court wade has to improvise by pulling on circus plays...
NOW Kobe words are being played out again our center has gotten complacent again (with his four rings) and riley has to put so fire under him so he will run the court like the millions he is being paid...shac is just lazy and if riley allow him to repeat this season like he did last season.....well....all heat fans will be getting is more of the same from the big fella Sunday evening stroll down court every time heat have position of the ball... heat fans you now have a certified BUM
TNT NBA analyst said right Shac and the bag of BUMS, built like tarzan but they play like Jane
may be he is still grieving from Shawnee givin away the punanie. ooops

I think Mickey Arison shares in the responsibility here. I'm sure he approved getting Shaq at $20 million and paying Wade another $15.

Mickey needs to open up the wallet like Cuban does and pay some luxury tax to put a supporting cast around his big investment.

Mickey, you're charging $1,800 bucks for a cruise with record numbers traveling. What's an extra $20 million to you? Make it happen Mickey and give Riley the green light to get Bibby and Artest before the AAA is empty, major sponsors bailout and your still paying Shaq and Wade.

Riley needs to shut up. The players are the ones playing the game, but Riley's unimaginative offensive sets and horrible personel disicisions are also too blame. Can him.

I agree with you sweet, if the owner doesn't spend he gets cheap players, with cheap abilities and attitude. Mickey is contented with one O'Brian trophy and he doesn't care less as there is more money in the Cruise business rather than having an NBA team. Time to switch to another team!

Who new Shaq would turn out like this. When he first came here the city was excited. Shaq appeared to have worked his butt off during the offseason. Looking leaner and more agile on his feet he made people in LA wonder if they had made a bad decision. Flash now a few years down the road and we can see why the Lakers dumped him. Wow we have him for another 5 years good lord were not winning anymore playoff series yet alone championships. To put a long story short Shaq got his money and now hes going to destroy the Heat the way he tried to destroy the Lakers. Way to go Shaq your the Man.

Hey, I think is time for Riley to take some blame.
He is the president, and his personel moves this off season were horrible, so coach Riley "take some responsability" it if also your fault.

you're a moron, do you even know what the luxury tax is? its dollar for dollar, if the new we acquire has a 7 million a year salary, mickey has to match that amount and pay the nba. and again, even if he does charge $1800 for a cruise, anyone who studied economics KNOWS that $1800 doesnt go to his pocket. lets see, he has employees, advertisements, ship maintenance, docking fess, TAXES, the list goes on and on......

It sounds like Riley has lost all control of this team. the players are obviously not responding to his head games or leadership. That combined with a physically, and talent limited team is a bad combination. We heard at the end of last season that things would be different this season and that Riley would not allow the complacent attitude to take over the team. Now we're hearing that things won't get better unless the players realize that they have to play harder. Sounds too familiar.

Mike, you must be the moron. Whatever the margin is Mickey is multibillionaire. He can affordto pay an extra $10 - 20 million. If you give them J Will, Dorrell and Haslem the salary goes up maybe $6 or $7 million. He'll lose more than $15 million if the arena is empty and no one is watching on TV.

Did you graduate with a degree in economics or did you spend your time at the rat having liquid lunches.

There must be a way to dump Shaq, and get back some talent. I follow them in the newspaper. Right now, they are not watchable.

Mike...Mike...Mike...you are a moron! Have you seen what's happened to the Marlins and even the Dolphins...does the stadium look empty to you? If you don't have a winning product people will stop coming to the games and watching on TV. This is going to cost Mickey Way more if he doesn't spend on additional players.
