i think you are correct to a certain point. i believe the guys have more to play for when people doubt them. but it doesnt mean the city should come together and make them feel like shit lol. yeah let em know when they do wrong but before the biggest game in franchise history lets tell em that we are behind them when they are on a journey thru the playoffs or when they win 25 games a year. im a hardcore magic fan since 91 and still proud rockin my magic tatt on my forearm. im going to be watching tomorrow putting all my pride on the line and hope that we can pull out a miracle! magic is real and that takes out the ghosts any day. gooooooooo magic!!

The Magic WILL LOSE the game Sunday night. I called this way back in January. This will be an easy win for the Celtics.

Dwight Howard was joking around with the media today. All of that pent up anger is gone and Howard is back to being the happy go lucky guy he always was.

Patrick Ewing guarantees a win. Now they will lose for sure. The chances for the Magic to win the game is 0.000 percent. In other words they have NO CHANCE. NONE.

I called this series loss to Boston people. I want my props now. Now let's all focus on the Boston vs Cleveland series.

CharlesB222 aka Jim

I am going to address you man to man. Fan to non-fan. You have been making predictions forever on the OS Magic forums. you have a 50/50 (at best) win ratio. Yet you cannot stop. You refuse to stop. I believe that you might need P.A.(predictors anonymous). Jim you have a sickness. We are all here for you.

At first I thought you where just an attention-whore but I am beginning to see the whole picture. I see how you missed a few hugs from your Dad and repressed memories of him refusing to play H-O-R-S-E with you. Now you take your anger out on people that have basketball talent by your unwillingness to acknowledge their superior skill level.

Magic Fan Mark has started a collection for your treatment. he will give you the cash when he recieves his playoff tickets you promised him. We wish you the best and hope you make a full recovery.

charlesb222 must be from the nba front office. he wants this to be a lakers-cavs finals. we have a good chance of winning this ball game. if the magic men are mentally in the game, we do not lose...see game 6. no mental breakdown. i know the nba would just go nuts if their plans are busted up by the magic winning this series. cavs would love for boston to win since they don't match up well with the magic. this is one fan that would NEVER tell the magic they cannot win this game.

Right on the money!

That's why I'm guaranteeing that the Magic will flop once Boston gets the lead. They'll start jacking up 3's by the dozens, making only 5 or 6. Alston will be the main culprit, with Turk a close second.

Howard will go back to his old ways; stay put and wait for the ball to come to him in that "perfect spot", where Rondo and Pierce will take turns swatting the ball from him. Perkins will push him around like a bad Pin Ball player. He will end up with 5 turnovers, oh yea, and 12 rebounds and 14 points. Just plain PATHETIC! Luckily for him, he won't be around to witness the pasting, for he will start berating the umpires in frustration and find himself ejected with 5:23 left in the fourth quarter, on his second Technical foul!

And jj, jah! He’ll NEVER work out of his shooting slump. His days in the NBA are numbered.

Only Lewis and Lee will rise to the occasion, the former with 18 points, 5 rebounds, the later with 15 points, 4 rebounds. But it will NOT be enough to offset a dismal 40% shooting from the field, a 35-46 rebound deficit and a paltry 12 of 26 shooting from the free-throw line. Oh, and we'll DIE from the 3-point line, on a sickening 5 of 25 from beyond the arc.

With Pierce scoring 20, Rondo 18 with 12 assists, and a re-born Allen burning our LAZY defense for 28 points, it will be easy for them to BOAST that their DEFENSE stopped the Magic and firmly cement the belief that the Orlando Magic are floppers, who invariably fold when the heat is high.

Well the Magic better be winning convincingly, because I don't think they'll be getting any help from the refs.

Unfortunately, I think the league wants Boston to win for the ratings. All of the national news stories are about the Celtics - not the Magic. Lots about Ray Allen. Watch out.

And I watched the Utube videos of the Scremento-Lakers Series where Sacramento got robbed by the refs and it wasn't only the infamous Tim Donaghy making those calls, two current refs were helping out.

So it will be interesting to see who the refs are and how the game flows.

How's about if we just let Jim/Charles and Bianchi have their way and just not root for the Magic to win. How stupid is that? Grow up you dorks! As long as we're just making up scenarios, maybe Kobe will opt out of his contract, and we'll trade Lewis to the Lakers straight up...Then we dump Turk and grab a big man who will put someone(House,Rondo,Pierce)on his butt every once in a while. How does that sound? Prediction: Pierce will flop 18 to 20 times and win by shooting free throws, then get trounced by the Cavs....

Can't wait to watch your Celtics flop around on Sunday night. I'm sure you'll have your box of tissues and a jar of vasoline out, typing out predictions for next round. The Cleveland paper is called the Cleveland Plains Dealer, just to let you know.

Without a consistant pick-and-roll game the Magic will lose.

Dwight Howard has 2 low post moves and NO jump shot.

Hedo is the small forward answer to Vicadin.

Lewis is good, but still plays like he second guesses his contract every time he puts on the uniform.

Van Gundy has no chance because his team cannot pick-and-roll OR pick-and-pop.

The Magic will lose because they are all expecting someone else to give them a second shot at a play.

I don't expect to see the Magic playing for a championship because the Magic don't see it themselves. The screens are lazy, passes are late, noones (it seems) can pass OR dribble. They foul on plays that are usually switching issues and they seem to not know each others game.

There. That's why I don't think they'll win. But, I will tune in and root for them anyway because sometimes, just sometimes, they get it all right, and it is awesome to watch.:)

I love how the media thinks its up to them to judge, hire, fire, motivate. You really think any of this matters once the ball is tossed. Come on. If you have played a sport you would know that nothing matters except talent level and months of preparation. The best team usually wins. Not who we wish or predict.
