It would definetly be great : sheed because he sh
owed that he is just a stupid guy in the last game (and throughout the season actually) and it would be a good trade equally for Rip to (even if he is a so great player and a great guy) because Kobe is better by far, and a decisive player we need.
So Joe D let's go!!!!!!!

Oh my. How could you even consider Kobe. He beats up women. Give me a break. Sheed's actions were a reaction to the horrible, one sided refs. I don't blame him. The NBA wanted a match up with Tim Duncan and LeBron James....that's what they got. The Pistons played every game 8 to 5 who wouldn't get discouraged and frustrated with that and not play their best. Again, the Pistons get no R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

Just one thing you've got to remember Wanda : Kobe hasn't been judged "guilty " in its trial...And the NBA,(even if i cannot imagine stern trying to influence the result of a series), they definetly would prefer to go into the finals with a big market like detroit than a small town like Cleveland, because of the TV audiences....With all my respect, you seems to be a bit paranoiac... Cleveland just played better that's all...go detroit!!!!!!!!

What woman did Kobe beat up? When was he convicted and who cares? He would be great for the Pistons. Just as long as we don't give up too much and ruin the nucleus of the team. We would still need a big man though.

If you're willing to give up two starters, why go after more backcourt? Our forwards are the area in need of the most help. I would suggest making a play for Kevin Garnett, Elton Brand, or Paul Gausol. Change it up before we get stagnant, and go large!

I agree, we need a starting big man, a quick penetrating point guard and a spot up shooter to come off of the bench. I would be willing to give up Sheed or Rip depending on who we could get in return. Also, Vince Carter is a free agent as well as Lewis from Seattle to replace Rip in a trade. They should also go after G. Hill to come off the bench.

What they should do is get rid of mcdysse and Nazr and bring in a legit bigman and a creater ,then release the restraints that they have on delfino, let lindsey retire and get solid back up for billups. Also a sharpshhoter would help also .

Maybe the thing we should do for our Pistons is , support them.Joe-D has done a fine job no team can be up all the time, case in point the 2007 and 2005 Spurs were basically the same team. I agree that Flip Saunders might not be the coach they need but whats left is a bunch of has been and wanna-bes. The Pistons must get better and abandon the zone, man to man is still the way to play b-ball. And I love Sheed in spite of his temper.

Don't trade for Kobe. They tried having a team based on a star in the 90's. It didn't work. Keep the core together, revamp the bench, let hunter retire then get a quality young backup for chauncey, let c-webb retire or whatever and get a quality center

Don't trade for Kobe. Make the bench better and let the future all star AMIR JHONSON PLAY (you know the one who DICE says is the most athletic player he has played with)and make WILL BLALOCK a back up for C-bill then make ALEX ACKER a back up for RIP.

i think im gonna have to agree with the kobe trade. or maybe not. trade sheed and rip for kobe...sound good? how bout tradeing sheed, rip and the 2picks 4 marion and amare? how bout we try to get some free agents like, rashard lewis, and elton brand(he wants out of l.a) pick up grant hill for bench support, than defintly play amir johnson. now u have a squad!!! 1.billips 2.kobe 3.tay 4.sheed 5.brand or lewis.starting 5 4 2007-2008 season

I think Sheed is a good player that needs to spend more time in the paint because there, thier is no answer for him. He is no center. But C. Samb is and at 7'0 feet, what we need and have!Let him Alex Aker, Amir johnson and the rookies play or let them go so they can have some kind of career.Three last opions Amir was the answer for Lebron, P. Sanders needs to go and/or add my vote for a strong got to respect him( plus he is defensive minded )as coach Rick Mahorne. PISTONS FAN 4LIFE

The pistons do not need Kobe or Carter getting either one of those guys would not work in the pistons way of how they play the game those guys are both good shooters but know very little about TEAM basketball
They are to busy trying to be a superstar and looking good than what really matters(winning championships)
I mean look at Kobe now won three rings got a big head wanted shaq out so he could be the man and yeah he's getting good numbers but it amounts to nothing in the end.(NO BALL HOGS PLEASE)

i think that would be pointless to get kobe for sheed and rip. kobe is worthless and will ruin the team for sure. he is a ball hog and sheed and rip are way better then he is. the pistons are a team with they play and with kobe pistons would be totally ruined forever!
