Same thing everyday, "Love has lots of rebounds, Wolves Lose" and everyone will be praising Love for his gritty performance. Did you see the 3-point airball he threw up with less 2 minutes on the clock after one pass? He is part of the reason they are losing late in games. Beasely was on fire man, give him the ball!!

You could put Michael Jordan, in his prime, in a Timberwolf jersey, and he would turn into a loser. What a horible franchise.

If an NBA game was only 3 qtrs (then I guess they wouldn't be qtrs), the Wolves would be champs this year.

What??! The dude had 24 boards. He's near the top ten in scoring for the league. He has had a 40+ percent 3 point success to this point. Just how good does one have to be before they get the green light to shoot the ball. Beasley is VERY guilty of jacking up the 3 after one or no passes, usually after the opposition has made a 3 and he wants to "erase it" on his own. He makes some very BAD decisions at times, as does our only point guard in Ridnour. One player cannot do it all, but Love is as close to that as one can be,-unfortunately for him.

Turnovers are killing this team, and that is ALL about lack of point guards! They are leading the league in turnovers. KAHN MAN- WE NEED POINT GUARDS!(And I'm not talking "Pistola Pedro" over in Spain!) Flynn- my gosh, he just gets worse with time! Telfair played well in some Wolves victories. Where on Earth is he lately? Rambis "making a point" with him?? We need a guard, Kurt. Get over it!

I can't believe anyone on the Wolves would complain about the traveling call. I put all the blame on Ridnour for that one. He never put the ball on the floor once, caught it and took three full steps and almost a fourth. I was thinking "What the he!! is he doing?" That right there might have been what cost them the game and that can't be blamed on the refs.

Spot on. Even the Wolves announcers, after watching the replay, concluded the traveling call was legit. Ridnour was terrible in the fourth quarter and his poor play really highlights the Wolves need (year after year) for a true point guard. And that's not Mr. Flynn.

I watched the game. Where was the defense in the second half. All their shots were not contested.

Clueless Coach terrible point guards. Ridnour is just a waste. Our coach has five points lead few minutes to go and he keeps Darko until one minute to go on the bench heheheh. Way to go genius....We miss the shot Darko steals the ball gives the ball to our genius point guard Ridnour everybody from Wolves was running back thinking another 24 secs for us and our mr genius shoots the ball right away with 23 secs on the clock the ball bounce back to Rondo who immediately passes the ball to open RAllen and he shoots the three, yeah, he missed but they got the ball again because all our players did not come back thanks to mr. genius point guard on second possesion they score points.

After all the yapping going on about whether Beasley., Love, Ridnour, Flynn being good/being lousy, and arguments about who lost the game for us, one fact remains: this young team lost to the Celtics by only 3 points. I know they gave it up in the 4th - again - but I expected them to get beat by 20 points - if not more. We almost beat the Celtics - one of the top teams in the NBA. That is something to celebrate, not criticize.

Yes, they all made mistakes at the end, but the green guys have lost only a few games all year. What did you expect from the Timberpups? That's what they are in the big bad world of the NBA - puppies. Let them grow, put on some muscle and lose their milk teeth and grow some fangs.

I would like to know why an article written at 12:26 a.m. isn't posted on the website until sometime after 4:00 p.m., which is the last time I checked. What's going on with the Pioneer Press webmaster?

Wolvesfan, I agree with some of your post. I would have guessed that the Celtics win by more than 3. But in fairness, Garnett was out and the Celtics are not one of the NBA's top teams without him (in my opinion).

Not nearly the joke the Clippers have been for like 95% of their existence.

The only thing interesting about them is Blake Griffin and how many top picks have gone wrong for them. Not saying they won't have a future with Griffin, but that franchise is as irrelevant as any.
