The Pacers suck, time to throw this team overboard. No more rearranging the deck chairs.

I am assuming that JO played in those games. Just curious, not that I am otherwise paying any attention.

Why should we expect any more from them? A bunch of thugs being paid millions? A CYO game is more entertaining.

Well all you whinners about the Pacers should be happy with their new-found identity. They are now the nice guys of the NBA. If they get a lead they don't want to hurt the other teams feelings so they lay down and take the loss as well as not spoiling oppenents winning streaks and happily ending oppenents loosing streaks. Hopefully this will translate off the court also and their late-night antics will be as desiginated drivers and putting flowers in pistol barrels. I really expect the Conseco attendance to take off now that they've made their true fans happy

I just wonder how many times my boss will listen to me say, "I know what I have to do but I'm just not doing it" before he cans me. Must be nice to have a guaranteed contract.

No big secret. When you have one of the bottom teams in the NBA and do NOTHING but hire a new coach you will end up over the long season with one of the bottom teams in the NBA.

Yep, that new coach thing is really working out. Anybody with a brain knew the problem was not with Carlisle.

This ain't working: look at the empty seats, look at the scores, look at the record. Plain and simple this ain't working!

Yeah but they try. When they get a day off they relax at the bar. The Pacers are soooooo pathetic. Maybe they will move.

I have no problem with this team. Its about time we get a chance at the lottery. Now hopefully Bird won't pick someone only to cut him a few weeks later.
P.S.- Carlisle WAS a problem. Last year we drafted and acquired players for the up tempo game only to have Carlisle run that slow down game. Then we got rid of the "running game" players and now we switched to that very style. It will take a while but we will eventually get the right players for the right style.

The Pacers have always been a bad team. Even when Miller was around. Never won a championship and barely made it through some playoffs. It took the Indianapolis Colts 15+ years to get to the point they're at now. And now everybody's a Colts fan. I've been a fan of both ever since I moved here in '80. But the Pacers have been around Indy longer than that and have gotten no where. Maybe some day.

So,
You were an Indianapolis Colts fan in 1980?
Check your facts before you jump on the bandwagon, pounding your chest!
Colts were still in Bowel-timore in 1980.

Nobody is paying to set this team. Well, almost nobody is actually paying for a ticket. If you look at all the empty seats, and figure that lots of seats are held by companies that give them to employees as a perk, you figure that MAYBE 10 or 12 tickets are actually being sold for each game to the paying public....
