well Chicago....... The White Sox, Then the Bears and now the Bulls... tough year for sports wouldn't you say?(on top of it all I'm an ND fan.) I think I'll go back to bed and wake up and tell myself this is all just a bad dream.

This team will never win with Kirk Hinrich as its "leader." Come on, Pax. Do whatever it takes to get Kobe here.

here we go again! we pay hinrich 10 million a year to get what? yet we low-ball deng and gordon with the same 10 million one year later and expect them to accept. you have got to be kidding! for the life of me, i can't see any benefits of having hinrich pretending to lead our team. what does he bring to the table besides making an occasional outside shot? when has he ever carried the team on his back, even for a short period of time? a few minutes, anything. never has this happened and it never will. i'm telling you, all of the real bulls fans, it's gonna be hard for gordon and deng to overcome the slap in the face of getting offered kirk hinrich dollars. realistically, those two guys bring it every nite. whereas, hinrich only brings it against weaker teams with weaker defenders or if they just ignore him for flat out lack of respect for his game. this conspiracy between paxson and skiles has got to cease NOW or else we are going to suffer the same fate as last year. take the pressure off hinrich and boldly have him come in from the bench. this won't teach him to drive to the basket any better, but you could sell it to him that you need his scoring from the bench, the same farce that skiles sold us with gordon early in his career! what a joke that was! the chemistry of the team, as a result of paxsons low-ball salary extentions, will suffer tremendously. these guys are not mental midgets. they know what they are worth. and i guarantee that they are worth twice as much as this phony baloney hinrich. for some reason, i think both paxson and skiles look at hinrich as an upgraded version of themselves but both those guys were not that very good. in short, i pray that skiles will come to his senses and pull the plug on this hinrich maneuver, or manure. maybe he'll get injured and skiles will be forced to upgrade the team. then once they go on a tear, he would have to justify inserting him back into the line-up. i can hear it now. "we need kirk's leadership out there". this is after leading the division without him. can anyone out there justify or quantify kirk hinrichs' value to our beloved bulls? please do so, for i am fading fast.......
