I find it humorous and sad that the USA, having had their feelings hurt by a couple of gold medal losses to the Russians in Olympic basketball now send teams of NBA all-stars to try and recapture the gold. granted, some other countries now have an NBA player, but aren't loaded up like a "softball team trying to win a tournament".

Certainly cheapens the medal.

Bullish. This other country's have been playing there pros forever and most of those squads have either an NBA player or an NBA caliber type on the team.
