Bell won a NCAA title with Michigan State in 2000 (not Michigan). Michigan last won the title in 1989.

Please Riley go after Sarunas, the guy was a machine in the Euros, I am sure he could get the ball to D-Wade/Shaq and hit the open J.

Keeps going after average to below average players...

I don't see how the Heat is any better than last year.

I hope that the heat moves on a Saruna Jasicevicus signing. I think they could get him for less money and he would be a good fit. Stay under the luxury and get a good point guard to combine with Williams in a contract year.

It's a great signing, it's going to happen, Bell is not going back to Milwaukee, look at this article: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story...
I think he can be the back up to D-Wade, it's a great fit for the Heat

Come on I would offer Gary Payton a 3 million contract he can still score and do all those things better. Age is an number and Gary Payton deserves a chance at starting or backup. I hope Warriors pick him up

I think it's a good move, now we can get rid of Penny and quinn. Ira hit the nail right on the head, more moves are on the way.

This will be a solid move defensively for us.

We need all the depth we can get at that spot and JWill needs someone to push him for the starting role.

What Gary Payton were you watching last year? He played like an old man. What is he 38? Time waits for no one. I'd rather have Bell at this point!

Just because the "great" Candorman never heard of Charlie Bell doesn't mean that he's not good. Let's see Pat Riley or Candorman ? I think I'll trust Riles!!!

Good pick up Bell is consistent and will def. provide solid defense.
