Who really cares about the Pacers? Can you say Karma? Eventually, it will catch up with them, IF they indeed are "BAD BOYS"!

Wow...you couldn't be more wrong about the situation. Where on earth did you get your info? I guess it's easy to lie and talk trash when you post your name as Anonymous. I suggest you find something better to do with your time.

Well, I couldnt agree with you more. Perhaps "special" prosecutor Barry Brown could "investigate" things again for MCPO. I have heard he is very very handy with sweeping cover-ups under the rug for Carl and Wyser. Have you ever noticed that when Carl is "involved" with any scandal, Barry seems to be the man appointed? The Constantino situation is no different. Barry will inevitably find no wrong-doing because Carl tells him to do so; probably via phone however, since he's never in the office (well unless there's press conference or its his birthday).
you mean like Jim Hambee not being charged? Ron Gibson's case being dismissed? Dragging out the Terry Record case? nope, didn't notice. If you need to kill some time, check out the Supreme Court disciplinary commission entry on Terry Record still showing him as "active in good standing," despite lying to police and then killing somebody in a DUI, all known to the MCPO administration and Barry Brown, but still no complaint made to the Supreme Court. Isn't that a violation of the rules of ethics, not reporting a violation by an attorney...? These guys are dirty. Where is the Democrat Party on all this easy fodder?

I've known Ralph for MANY years and have a lot of repsect for him. He is NOT gay. He is a hard worker! Why do people bash others when they don't have the facts?? Heresay! Rumors! It's all a bunch of BS! And the situation with Tinsley and Daniels? Get over it!
certainly Staples is a superb litigator. Given the pending dismissal of the case, Brizzi and Wyser acknowledge that its better (for them) to cut their losses early than have a 3 day trial and a very public humbling by a better lawyer. Now they can get back to fooling themselves with a clearer conscience, and fooling the people through a delinquent press.

i see you don't refute the ho slapin' part. hey, i had to excercise my pimp hand on her. i tried to train that piece since she was 18 and had like a 3 year old kid.(do the math). but, i would get shiiiitty cause she would be givin' it away to firemen and cops. and just about anyother thing. so i put a beat down on her. when people in in office saw her, i told her to squash that crap. then she goes all postal cause i got me a prosecutor ho up in my crib. man i ran up in 5 or 6 of them beeeyotches. i had to call the cops on her,for beatin on my door. then this big investigation started. i just said look ho. lie or i'll beat that ass again. so she did as she was told. now that's pimpin'.

I agree 100% about Staples being a superb litigator. His job is his life and he's very good at it. If you look at the cases he's had, he's had alot of high profile ones and usually comes out the winner. Ralph keep your head up high and don't worry about what others says because unless they walk in your shoes they don't really know you or anything about your life.

Ralph would never "hit" a woman unless she asked for it during "sex play". But that it something that you APPARENTLY know nothing about.

Maybe if Brizzi weren't so busy doing his secretary, oops I mean Special Counsel to the Prosecutor (despite the lack of a law degree), Amy Hackworth, there could have been some justice in this case. When Jen gets back from D.C. she sure is gonna be pi$$ed off at you Carl!! Don't blame the defense attorneys because Wyser is nothing but a hypocritical, untalented boob. Brizzi and Wyser are 2 political hacks, nothing more. Put together with another political hack who whored herself out for her judge position, and you've yet again got a case where no conviction was obtained.
I resemble that remark!

unless you were a witness (which I doubt) you might not want to believe everything you hear... if she was bruised and scraped it was probably from falling down drunk

Nicholson doesn't want any negative publicity for his club. He does everything to stop it and so do the off duty cops. You can take someone out to the police with pot and they won't do anything because "it would look bad on the club". Nicholson also runs two clubs under one liquor license and charges two different cover charges for the front club and the back club.

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Aquarius

It's a sociable and gregarious mood my dears, so it would be a shame to keep yourself to yourself. Not that there's much likelihood of that, because with the Moon in Leo and your seventh house of others, your popularity is on the rise and you're in demand. Why not go out with your other half, or meet some friends? Get everyone together for a drink or a meal.
