Everyone who thought he should have been shot, I hope that you get what wish on him. Some of you are absolutely rotten inside. Sit down and talk to someone before you judge them. That is called prejudice! I wonder how many of those saying these comments are white Hoosiers!!

Some of you show no mercy but expect total understanding of your actions. I live in New York where athletes party all night in bars all over the tri-state area. I have yet to here of someone shooting at an athlete. Maybe Indy should take a good look in the mirror. Why can't these guys enjoy their money and party where ever they want? Indy is ridiculous and you people are ridiculous for saying some of the things you are saying on this forum!

Looks like yours is the FIRST comment.

Since you brought it up, I bet the "shooters" were black.

No different than MOST of the shootings of this type here or ANYWHERE else.

How many times does an individual have to be involved in a situation like this before Larry Bird handles it like a club leader.

Indianapolis is not ready. How many basketball players have played for the Pacers who were perfect gentlemen? Most. How many players can you say fit your above? Maybe five tops. The bulk of the players who play and have played for the Pacers don't deserve those comments, but you are blinded by your own bigotry. Come on admit it.

P.S. One of the biggest thugs in Indiana Basketball history is now the head basketball coach for Texas Tech. OOOOHHHH!!!

That is such an ignorant comment that you've made. So it makes me racist to see what is really going on?!! Is anybody shooting at Tiger Woods or Michael Jordan, or Lebron James? No!!! It's always your idiot Tinsley and thuggs like him. If he chooses to live the lifestyle that he is living right now, then so be it, but don't come crying when you're getting shot at. It comes with the teritory of living the "thug life" (allegedly)?!!! Ps. I'm not white

Whatever your ethnicity is, I did not say "racist", I said "bigoted". Look up the difference. Anyone who paints a broad brush can be bigoted. So who is ignorant now? I don't presume to defend Tinsley, If you had truly read my post, I was defending all the other Pacer players that you appeared to painted with the same brush as Tinsley. I said they don't deserve those those comments. Your vitriolic venom is unwarranted. I believe this young man may have the chance to change before he is really sorry. He needs to wise up, he has been foolish. But I am not going to condemn him like you have. I would rather pray for the kid and hope he turns it around.

I've never said all pacers were thuggs. Jermaine O'neal who is the face of that franchise does not get in trouble with the law. Since departure of Ron Ron and Steven Jackson with the exception of Tinsley Pacers have been a model franchise when it comes to behavior. Jamal Tinsley... There is no excuse for him. This is not the first, second or third time he has found him self in the middle of something going down. He is following the pattern of Sean Taylor except that Sean Taylor left the "thugg life" behind him (allegedly). I just hope he doesn't end up like Sean Taylor. He needs to take a serious look at his life, because obviously he is doing something wrong.
