I can't help but consider today's guaranteed large contracts, having impacts on how many games are missed on an NBA roster. With millions on the line, caution is always considered. Also, when everything is guaranteed, people are thinking.
Can't help but think the number of player/games missed may be quite a bit higher in the past 10 or so years.
Either that, or the Pacers just pick players that breakdown, and it happens on a continual basis. Would hope people track this sort of thing, and hold those who have been doing all of the picking/trading accountable. One thing to have a miss from time to time, but we seem to have multiple players held out, each game, and for the past several years.
Funny how people like you want someone to blame FOR PLAYERS GETTING INJURED. Do you really expect the Miami Heat to give up on Dwayne Wade. I'm sure you would like to see that, and I'm also sure you would be the first to say "GO GET THAT GUY". Reggie Miller broke his FACE in a playoff series against Atlanta years ago, DID WE GIVE UP ON HIM? Are you glad we didnt?

SOON THE PACERS WILL HAVE AS MANY HURT AS THE COLTS DO....TOUGH'N UP BOYS AND EARN THAT BIG MONEY YOUR PAID....AND REMEMBER THE COLTS HAVE ALREADY PROVEN YOU CAN'T WIN WITH BACK-UPS..
We sure came close with those BACK-UPS. Also if I'm not mistaken, it was a proven starter/future H.O.Famer that missed a short feild goal at the end. Only loss by 4 to New England's very best team EVER, some might say the best offense EVER. win some lose some get over it

I guess one comment now equals people. Who knew?
One comment? People have been screaming about the players we got for Jackson/Harrington since the end of last season. I see your comments on here all the time, but is this your first time reading someone else's?
