NBAPA files grievance for Tinsley

The NBA players' union filed a grievance Tuesday on behalf of Jamaal Tinsley, who has not been allowed to play or practice with the Indiana Pacers this season.

He's getting paid to do nothing and the Pacers are trying to trade him...so what's his complaint?

I agree with JanetM. Tinsley is washed up in the NBA. His career is over. He should be grateful to still be getting a paycheck. Kudos to the Pacer organization for making him sit.

I think that it is stupid to pay someone for doing nothing. Rehabilitate him and put him to work. If you want to sell something, you don't hide it from view. Make him show off his "talents" and maybe someone will like what they see.
