Or better yet, try asking for a continuance because you'll be away on vacation. SSSssssuuuurrreeee, we'll let you do whatever you want. This is bunk and I for one think I might just not vote for that Judge again.

I think that's a great idea. HEY STAR...WHO IS THE JUDGE? If he is a Dem the Star won't print the name. But if he is a Republican it would have already been printed...and spun!

Are the Pacers still located here in Indy? Not that I care. from what I understand the attendace is now below 50% and you can but tickets for $10 outside the arena for any game.

I don't care what Tinsley does off the court. Just don't force bad shots down the strech trying to prove you can post up Nash. That is what matters. Smoke a joint on the way to the bars. I could care less.

Oh yeah, everyone has the right to ask for a continuence. He is no different.

....and January 13th they have an away game at Golden State. Wanna bet they'll be another continuence?(They won't have time to confer with counsel before going to court). I look for this to go to trial somewhere around mid-April. You know the Pacers don't stand a snowballs chance in #ell of making the playoffs. Season will be over and they can do their "slap on the hand" community service without it interfering with their precious basketball.

Actually because there are two different people being represented by two different attorneys, they each can request one. Tinsley's side has not used theirs until now.

Special treatment that any pacer fan would never see. Of course, there aren't many pacer fans left because...

...top to bottom, pacers are worthless.

Tinsley's side is not automatically entitled to a continuance just because they "have not used theirs" yet. That's not how it works. Any continuance, be it the first or the 50th, is up to the judge. There is no "3 continuances" rule. Any given case might require multiple continuances or none at all.
