Yeah he was too stoned to hear the alarm clock.

BTW, did Darrell Armstrong have too much character to make the team? He's the lucky one. He can leave town now. The rest of us have to stay and suffer through another season of arrest reports.

Boycott the Pacers!!!

Rebuild it and we will come!!!

Darrell Armstrong didn't make the team because he was a good player in his prime, circa 1947. I'm also glad you've never overslept for anything in your life. Do me a favor, and next time you wake up late for work, quit your job.

Too bad the Pacers don't have a spot for D. Armstrong on this team. His enthusiasm, energy and leadership will be missed on a team that desperately needs help. Hope the Pacers will continue to build the team with players that exhibit athletism, focus for winning, and character!

A court date is typically something for which you want to make sure you don't oversleep. Also, court in Indy starts at 10AM. If he slept through his alarm clock past 10AM, my guess is he was out partying.

Sounds like he hasn't learned his leason. Prediction: We'll be hearing more about his exploits at bars, clubs and seedy neighborhoods after midnight on school nights in the very near future.

Since the criminal-justice representatives coddle Pacer players as much as the lax coaches and management, don't look for player behavior to improve -- either off or on the court.

Article indicates this guy could tell time which is clearly questionable.

One has to be a complete fool, a wannabee or a jock sniffer to even consider attending an NBA game or watching on TV.

Yeah I guess you're right, it was just another court appearance. No big deal or anything seeing as how it's an everyday occurance with the Pacers. Just like coming down late for breakfast, huh?

Sounds like he should be happy and I sure hope he turns his life around.

Laughing out loud. Nobody in the entire organization has a brain worth more than a dime. Maybe that should be their new promotion. Get rid of those annoying inflatable bang sticks and just pass out hats shaped like dimes to the fans.

I am sorry but I think everyone is
laughing at the Pacers again and the
season has not even started. I have
a 14yr old that is more responsible
than Armstronge. She gets up at 5:30
am. with an alarm. I sure he has a cell phone with one of those!!!! to
get to his friends on time.

DARRELL ARMSTRONG is a class act and the remaining list of Pacers, including Williams, should take NOTES.
Darrell will be greatly missed by this fan. Hopefully his attitude and work ethic has rubbed off on Tinsley and the remaining crew.
