Of course they have paid their way out of attending the hearings. Why not - if you are wealthy enough the crooked judicial system will allow you whatever you want!!!! If they even get a little community service out of this I will be surprised. But then they will be able to sell the gloves they wore or the shirt they wore to some dumb ass and still profit from it all!!!!

Pacers Organization - You &&$#$!@@!!!!

As USUAL, who you are and money seems to indicate what happens in the courtroom. Any ordinary person would not be allowed this privilege. Personally, I think the judge owes the public an explanation as to why she allowed this action. We all know however, anything to do with the Pacer organization is exempt from reality, even the playoffs.

What Judge Lisa Borges is allowing is absurd. If I were brought up on similar charges, would I be excused from the preliminary hearings. I think not. Our judicial system has become a joke.

I told my children that court is not like what they see on TV. Much to my surprise, when I went to court, IT WAS JUST LIKE TV. The Judge was arrogant, insulting and sometimes must plain mean. What is wrong with these people?

They believe an abusive father who is certified incompetent and give that father custody of the children when they have a perfectly good mother. A father who does not allow any reasonable visitation and no phone calls to mom, no gifts, cards, school pictures, nothing. But the Judge is just as stupid as the father is. You would think with all that law school behind them, they could make a GOOD decision and stop allowing the father to abuse and use his children against their mother.

The children will never be right due to the Judge who ordered the custody. Shame on you for believing an obviously ignorant man.

The Judges want to believe all the lies and BS and take away the bond between two beautiful children and their mother.

Shame on you Judge Lisa Borges for allowing the Pacers to get away with more than the average citizen of this state.

I have more to be angry about, but these are just the sign of the times. After all, the Judges don't have to take responsibility for their actions.

This is just a freaking joke. Just goes to show you that a couple of thugs who can toss a ball around and get paid millions of dollars can do anything they want, and not have to face the consequences of their actions. If it were the common person, there is no way in hell I'd be allowed to miss a pre-trail meeting because I had to go to work.

The state is worried about activist judges who might at some point in the future try to allow similar marriage rights to gay couples, but the state allows judges to let the rich and famous off the hook for the simple reason they're rich and (in)famous. Those are the judges we need to get rid of.

What a judicial joke! I think the judge needs to explain her decision.
People are fed up with this double standard.

Brizzi filing gun charges against a seven year old and Judge Lisa allowing these clowns to skip hearings.

I am waiting to see how the Pacer org. responds. My guess is they will give Tinsley a contract extention.

You are so right! When the Colts need to have Colt do some drunk driving or waving a gun around, they pick ONE Colt to do it at a time! Those Pacers have several guys at a time involved, and that's not fair.

The real problem is the Pacers' coach won't tell anybody how to get married or who to sleep with. I want the God-fearing Dungy in my bedroom.

And even worse, those Pacers are keeping Brizzi so busy with their problems, that Brizzi can't spend as much time as he must to deal with the 7 year olds.

colts=sleeping in a Dungy approved way
pacers=sleeping any old which way

Did the guy who Stephen Jackson shot at and got railroaded upstate get to miss court? I'm guessing no. If Larry Bird has any sense, he packages Daniels,Tinsley and a cheap contract to NY to take back the last year of Stevie Francis' deal. That is the only way we can get these idiots out of town.
