Isn't there a rookie scale that has to be adhered to? Dunno.

I really don't see this as a big deal. Redick has been making $2M per year for his first 2 seasons. As a first round draft pick $1.5M has basically become the standard.

I don't know much about this guy, but from what I've seen, he looks like a Grant Hill type of player... tape those ankles, Courtney! Good luck!

You gotta be kidding. This egregious contract will prove to be the final nail in Otis Smith's coffin. The pick has "Reese Gaines" written all over it. While Lee struggles the guy we could have got, Chris Douglas-Roberts, will flourish, and once again we'll be left with what coulda been.

Christ.
You guys are ready to crucify the kid, and I bet 99 percent of you haven't seen him play more than 5 games in his college career.
Give him a chance before you get all uppity about Otis being an idiot and this kid being a scrub.
BTW,$1.5 million a year is not THAT much money for a first-round pick. Chill out.

Actually, Lee is a better ball-handler and a better defender that CDR.

they played him a few games obviously he isn't what they thought he was so there goes that arguement. besides Lee had helped wku get somewhere in the ncaa tourny. besides its a 4 year deal now do the math and figure it out JJ got paid more and still hasnt made much of dent into the rotation.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Pisces

It's a great day for fixing anything that needs attention now. That might be a dripping tap, a sick child, an unpaid bill or a miffed partner. However, you'll do particularly well if you need to sort out something connected with official or joint finances or red tape. You might be asked to help someone deal with a bureaucratic problem, especially if they're elderly.
