Good thing they are smokin' cuz the cost of the new sports complex would otherwise start to become a red faced project for the team/owners and the City.

Sundays game is gonna be tough. The Spurs will be looking for revenge after losing in Orlando last month.
I've been a fan since the '89-'90 season, and when this '08-'09 teams plays with a high basketball IQ they are almost unstoppable. The only thing that is gonna stop the Magic are mental errors. Bad shots and turnovers are still a concern. Otherwise, I have to put this team up there with the '94-'95 Magic squad.
Thanks for telling us how long you've been a fan. It was a completely gratuitous plug that nobody cares about. A lot of people have been fans since the beginning. You aren't special.

Most just jumped on the bandwagon....like you. I don't need to plug myself. I'm sure you were a Bulls fan when Jordan was there and a Lakers fan when Shaq played for them.

Point is, I've seen all the Magic squads play, and this one ranks in the top three so far in my opinion.

Why does espn still refuse to give the Magic any credit? It was the same thing last year too even when they were a 3 seeded team. The Magic even have a shot at winning the East this season and espn will not even notice.

The EPSN website gives the Magic some credit, I guess. They had a poll about who we think will be in the Eastern Conference Finals. Choices: Boston vs. Cleveland, Boston vs. Orlando, Cleveland vs. Orlando, Other Team. I guess thats some credit.

Who cares if anyone responds to your posts in here ? Isn't this all about the Orlando Magic and the great success they are having this year ?

We should feel privilidged to be able to come into this forum and voice our opinions about this great team of winners.

So it shouldn't matter if your post or posts get a lot or no responses at all. What matters most here is that we have the freedom to come in here and speak as often as we like about the Orlando Magic.

And I don't know about you folks but I am going to keep on posting and keep on rooting for this team. If some one wants to respond and engage in conversation that's fine. If not, hey that's cool too. It's all good.

So please folks no more petty bickering in here and finger pointing. You just wind up looking foolish and silly. Show some maturity please and learn how to be cordial.

And take the time to enjoy rooting for this Magic basketball team. Soak it all in and enjoy the ride to the Finals. GO MAGIC!!!

lebron has missed 20 games in 5+ years so they dont gotta worry bout that, plus he is the most durable player in the league, bar none

All of a sudden, Courtney Lee has come out of nowhere to shut down the elite shooting guards in the league. He did it to Wade in that 4th quarter and now twice to Joe Johnson. Now the Magic have lockdown defenders with Le up front and Superman in the paint. Finally, we also saw JJ fit into his future Steve Kerr role on this team. He's finding the sweet spots on the perimeter as teams focus on the other four guys on the floor. This team has the makings of a Chicago bulls-type dominant run when MJ was winning all those championships. Guys, you won't get this type of analysis in the Sentinel or ESPN until they read it here first and let it soak into their thick skins.
your missing a big part of that, you dont have a MJ type player. you cant just have a Defensive minded big man and a bunch of good players. you gotta have a all around big man and another #1 scorer on the team.
