I'm glad Howard bowed him those hackers and floppers deserve it.
We can still beat Philly without Howard, there are no excuses now. I'm sick of everyone crying about how physical Howard is. If you can't guard him, then too bad.

They should also suspend Rondo for the foul on Brad Miller. Someone cut a check to Stu Jackson and David Stern for $50 million to call the game in our favor.

The weird part about this is if he doesn't do anything, he gets labeled soft because he lets the other teams bigs push him around without doing anything about it.
He shows some toughness and people say he has to grow up. Next time he just needs to put Miller or Iguodala on the floor the next time they go to the basket.
I agree. This is typical Orlando whiny-fan behavior. Dwight ignores the push- he's a wimp. He strikes back- he's immature.
I hope that we win Thursday, but if not, we will kick tail on Saturday. Besides, our team doesn't handle too many days off well. A seven game series is fine.

Sorry to hear this as it should give Philadelphia the 6th game. Howard is a tremendous talent but he must grow up and understand that such behavior cost the Magic important games.
I dont understand how we are automatically at a disadvantage without Dwight. Ratliff and Foulembert are bums, I expect Marcin and Batman will do fine, everyone else is intact. MP will replace Lee and can be just as effective on both ends of the floor, Turk and Lews will step up. Not concerned with philly. I wish he had broken his jaw. Ratliff should be next. All the garbage sixers have done from coach down to third string center is cry about getting owned by D12. Grow a pair and defend him, dont cry about it.

The fact is that the NBA and Stearn dont want Orlando to play the cavs in the ECF because they know Lebron and Co. dont match up well with us. They want a Lebron Kobe match up and they know that we will own the cavs in a 7 game series.

WHEN we beat Philly, there is still nothing in the way of Orlando and a Chip except LA.

Just like Barkely and that worthless bum Cwebb, All they and everyoone else says is that Orlando is soft and Dwight needs to develop a mean streak. He finally does and now they're calling for his suspension. I can't belkeive some of these so called magic fans not standing behind their superstar. I wish he had knocked that little punks teeth out, see how physical he gets with Dwight now. Howard for sure sent a message.

Dwight is by far the most physically abused player in the NBA (Lebron is a close 2nd). He has every right to get frustrated. The "fans" that are posting that Dwight needs to "grow up" or "mature" need to ask themselves one question.......If you (Dwight) are being hit by a co-worker (Dalambert) and you have already complained to your boss (NBA/David Stern) about the abuse an nothing is being done, are you wrong for retaliating?

Just another step in the NBA's grand scheme to make sure there is a Kobe-Lebron finals.
I am about to give up on professional basketball, the officiating is ALWAYS horrible.
Philly has gotten away with slap fouls across our players arms driving down the lane the entire series. It is so frustrating it isn't worth watching anyore.
The NBA has a serious problem.

Howard is out.

Courtney Lee is out.

We're playing in Philadelphia.

We've got them right where we want them. I predict a double-digit win.

I like how everyone at ESPN are saying that Howard's foul was very malicious and full of intent, and that Rondo's foul should only be a F1 and were sugarcoating the foul.

Rondo's foul should have been a F1, my bad.

Good call Lisa...I saw that too. Rondo's attempt to knock Miller's tooth out was way more egregious and dirty. But, the Celtics have been getting away with that all year. I'm all for physical play and challenging teams who live and die by driving the lane. But, the Celtics are more thuggish than physical. DH should be punished no doubt about it...but Rondo should be sitting one out too.

Every team uses multiple big men to push, bang and abuse Howard. So Howard was suspended one game. When are the refs going to get suspended? Kobe just gets touched and a foul is called. The big cheer all night at the game was Ref you suck. If the NBA Commissioner was at the game he should realize he needs to step up to the plate and fire some refs to send a signal.

I Like Dwight....But I think that they took this elbow thing a little too far...on both ends there was physical contact...I don't know how they didn't see that.

Red, fouls are 117-97 in the magic's favor. clearly the magic aren't getting any respect.
Philly has intentionally fouled Howard at last 20 times in the last 5 games, so there really is no difference in the amount of fouls called. Philly is getting plenty of calls in their favor.

You gonna tell me that wasn't a foul on Dalmebert pushing D12 with 2 hands in his back? Where is the whistle? I would have popped Sammy in his head too.

Mutumbo made a living off of his "bionic" elbows and has never been suspended because of it...by the way....Has anyone heard if Rondo has been suspended? He knocked Brad Miller's tooth out!!!!!! I say no harm, no suspension...and D.H. didn't hurt NOBODY!!!!!
