Great comeback, great win. Courtney Lee was absolutely spectacular. Having an off night, missing shot after shot then to just blow up in the 4th quarter and lead this team to a win. I was thinking during this game how bad our season might go the rest of the way if they keep playing like this without a leader who can rally the team and get them going. Then C Lee just went off and pulled us back into the game. Hes clearly our emotional leader now that Jameer is out. Dwight, Hedo and Rashard as good as they are, they still dont seem to push the pedal to the floor and will the team to victory like Jameer did earlier in the year. C Lee did that tonight, he wasnt going to let us lose. This should be a huge confidence boost for him and hopefully it carries over into the rest of the season.

JJ seems to be doing everything possible to be traded from this team. He needs to keep a cool head and provide the spark the team needs when he is called into games.

A horrible game turn into a victory !
This are the type of games that a true contender must win and give credit to the Magic they pull it off.
Miller and Lewis had great games and Turk was excellent in the second half.
On a night where only Clark Kent showed up, the team was able to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.
Theirs hope after all !

To be honest I think the best think that happen was JJ getting send to the dressing room.
This made SVG put back Miller and the rest is history

It was a nice win for the Magic I guess. They still need to put in a solid 48 minute effort. Anything else short of that simply will not get it done.

Now having said this in their next 5 games they need to beat Phoenix, New Jersey, and Chicago at home in order to go 3-2 during that stretch.

After all we all know they will lose the back to back games against Boston and Detroit next Sunday and Monday.

The only question is by how many points in each of the games will they lose by ?

The Celtics game I believe will be a blowout. In the Detroit game it will be the same old script. No need to elaborate. Been there. Done that.

We rode the back of a rookie and won a huge road game tonight. The Pistons loss still stings, but at least we don't have to go into panic mode...yet.

So much to dislike about this game from a Magic fan's perspective, but superceding that is the improbable come-from-behind victory.

Courtney Lee announced his presence into the NBA tonight. He won't even be a remote candidate for rookie of the year, but he has given this team far more than anyone anticipated he would.

Turk and Rashard helped gut this tough one out also. I hope they rest for the next few nights before Phoenix comes into town!

The only negative thing about this victory folks is what someone else eluded to earlier, the fact that Detroit gains ground on Philadelphia for the number 6 spot in the East.

Whoever finsishes at number 6 will face the Magic in the first round of the playoffs more than likely.

Right now Philadelphia is a half game ahead of Detroit.

Detroit will get beat by Boston tomorrow. You can count on it. In fact at this point I will be rooting for the Celtics in this one.

There is no chance to catch the Celtics in the East so might as well root for them or any other team that faces the Pistons.

Magic got lucky tonight. Dwight was in foul trouble and Lee wasn't affective until the last quarter. I'm surprised Van Gundy kept him in and not replace him with Pietrus. The most surprising thing is Reddick being ejected with 2 Ts. I don't think I ever saw him get one technical ever since he joined the Magic.

Of course I did Robert. And Lee was tremendous tonight. I gotta give that guy a lot of props for hanging in there after a miserable start.

I also like the fire and emotion that he shows after he hits big shots.

Anthony Johnson also did a good job tonight in helping to lead the comeback. He had 6 assists and only 1 turnover.

John did you see what happened that caused J.J. to get booted from the game. I thought I saw some dude wagging a finger in his face. I went to the fridge to get a drink and I missed it.

Did anyone else notice that SVG pulled Dwight late in the first quarter this time and put him back in earlier in the second quarter ?

He had been letting him go the entire 1st quarter for the most part and would sit him a good chunk of the second.

I bring this up because someone in here mentioned this after last nights game against Detroit.38

I think it was due to Howard getting two quick fouls..... but then I could be wrong because I was getting three quick Gentleman Jacks.

Reggie gave him a hard foul and JJ had a few words with him the ref then call a double technical and JJ said a few unkind words to the ref and he got hit with a second technical.... bye bye JJ.
