2 more cushy games before the toughest stretch of our whole season. We should have Nelson and Bogans back. Then we can really see what kind of team we have.

Big improvement this year over last? We are winning the game we should. Other than Memphis, no major let downs against the bottom dweller teams.

Great game by the rook! Can't tell by the box score, but really not an awful game by J.J. Didn't do anything to harm us and played adequate defense. You just kinda get the sense that his shot is gonna come on eventually.

all i have to say if courtney m********in lee. he was agressive tonight and took that ball to the hole. his speed and quickness were underrated, the guy is FAST! looked comfortable finally on the offensive end, hopefully he keeps it up

Exactly! We'll take it. Nice to see Courtney Lee have a breakout game. The big 3 performed as they should against the lowly Wolves. Howard is a shot blocking machine. Only thing that worries me are the 19 turnovers. Howard had 5, Turkglue had 4, and AJ had 4. Be nice to see them cut that number in half.

One more thing. It still seems that JJ is apprehensive about shooting the ball. I know he doesn't get as many shots as Howard, Lewis, and Turkglue, but when he does, seems like his first instinct is to pass it.. Oh well, just my .02 cents.

Good win tonight. Lee played his butt off!!! I hope SVG keeps him in the lineup in front of Bogans and behind Pietrus. Finally seems like Otis made a solid pick late in the draft. Everyone played a solid game. Keep it up!!! These next few games will test the grit of the team. I am not to worried after seeing them play tonight...

Turkglue LOL I haven't seen the game yet but I'm glad Lee had a good game. His game reminds me of B Roy.

Ahhhhhh....Feel Good game indeed.
19pts for CLEE??? Ohoh....Does that mean JJ gets beat by a rook too?? I dont like it.

Completely Similar Stats for JJ again just like Boston game etc....
What is up JJ?
But you are right. I guess JJ is doing what he is asked for. Playing stable and not taking too many shots.
I really want JJ to come up big one night and blow up from there. I really think he can.
We'll see.

Lee having a breakout game is not good for the jj lovers...when they are healthy jj will be 4th string instead of third...Lee is head and shoulders better all around than jj

Nice game Courtney Lee.

19 points, 3-3 Three pointers, 4 assists, 4 rebounds and 3 steals.

There goes JJ's minutes once everyone''s healthy again.

Other than the 4th quarter defensive meltdown this was a solid performance by the Magic. The big three were tremendous. And how about C. Lee ? What a game ! He was aggressive taking it to the rack with a quick first step. And his outside shot was on tonight. This combined with the soon to be return of Nelson and Bogans well be a big plus for the team.

Another easy opponent on Friday night. But they have to guard against a letdown. If they play the way they played the first 3 quarters tonight they will be just fine.

What a bad break for Gortat. He finally gets to play for a couple of minutes and then he gets injured. Hopefully it is nothing serious.

I have a feeling both Nelson and Bogans will skip the game on Friday night against Oklahoma City. I think the Magic can handle this one without them. They will both probably resume play when the team goes out on the road.

Actually it wouldn't hurt for both Nelson and Bogans to test their conditioning against the Thunders! Even without them the Magic will win barring any major meltdown but it would be nice for both players to get a feel for the game before they leave for the extended road trip. Man that trip is brutal! They got to come out of it winning half of the trip though!

if CLee keeps this up and Bogans comes back strong we may actually have a bench! Battie can get us some valuable points too..

This should be the new starting lineup, once Bogans get back:

PG CLEE
SG BOGANS
SF TURKAPOINT
PF LEWIS
C HOWARD

Let the midget be our backup PG... he already had his 5 game stretch where he is really good this year. If Nelson starts no biggie, but this is all in an effort to make sure Anthony Johnson never sees the court again.

You are an idiot. CLee is a shooting guard. Just because a guy is under 6'5" doesn't mean he can run the point. He might get there in time, but not yet.

Jimmy from wherever you are from....

TURKAPOINT

Let Turk take the ball up, CLEE can guard the PG position, he is quick, has good vision and makes smart passes... and he has only been in the league a couple months

the only thing good I can say about the midget after 5 years is that he is quick, but who isn't quick when they are 5'6" 125lbs?
