Gorat you rock. Howard, get back on the court. Besides, lets make it a 50 win season. See you at the game tomorrow

Sounds like if they played this way during the games we wouldn't lose terrible games like the last game.

My Spanish is pretty rusty, but here is the basic summary - - The Magic are still in regular contact with Barcelona and Fran - Vasquez wants to play in Orlando next season if he can negotiate a buy-out - Orlando have been trying to negotiate a discount on the buy-out, which currently stands at about 7million euros. - Barcelona are not willing to make a decision on Fran's future until after the Eurloeague final four is over next month - Indications are that they may be willing to let him go, because the likelihood is that a new coach (expected to be Ettore Messina) will be in charge next season, and might want to bring in his own interior players. - Orlando's problem is whether or not Messina makes a decision on Fran's future before the draft, because if they don't think he will be playing in Florida next season, they want to use their draft pick to sign a forward. It is rusty, and I have paraphrased, but I think the general gist is there. Luke may be better placed to translate it for you. Another note on Fran - he has had a horrible season, but as we reach the business end of the Euroleague season, his play is improving. He's average 6.9ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.4bpg and shot 60% from the field over his last ten games, including a couple of big playoff performances, as Barca have reached the final 8. |
