We lost again but I was expecting us to get blown out from the first tip. The guys played one heck of a game and once again were tripped up by their inexperience in handling final runs by experienced teams. But hey - we almost beat the Spurs who have the best record in the NBA right now. Darko kept Duncan in line and he is just a joy to watch right now. Love was a beast again tonight. Hope he's OK - leg was cramping at the end. I agree that the foul on Johnson at the end of reg. that tied the game was pretty iffy. I don't like that Reggie Miller move to draw a foul by kicking out the leg into the defender. To me that should be a foul on the shooter, not the defender.

All in all, a great game to watch - even though it is another loss. Go Woofies!

We had this game won with 19 seconds to go...then that phantom foul, Wes
Johnson on the SAS rookie. The game was taken away by the refs. garbage.

Dick Bavetta & Crew won the game last night. Fans expecting a fairly officiated game down the stretch lost. Joke of a league since the Jordan rules went into effect...focus on superstar individual players rather than on team play. I'm glad I caught only the last few minutes via NBA Channel while flipping channels. I feel bad for the fans who paid good money, trudged into and out of Target Center in the cold & snow, only to see the game stolen from the young Wolves like this. This league could be so much better than this. Ugh....

Close play. Didn't feel that the foul was a "bone head rookie mistake" but a close call. There were opportunities to win, and once again we were looking over our shoulder and let it slip away. While there are no do over's in the NBA it is clear that we are learning from each loss. Would like to sit we coach and the team and watch the replay, and listen to the teaching. This is a group with will be winning games late in the season, and a strong team next year.

I am impressed with Darko, this guy is so talented beyond the unbelivable. He should be cornerstone of our franchise together with Kevin Love. 25 and 21 years of age. He totally dominated Tim Duncan, if he wasnt fouled out we would've won. BUT, we have bigger issues. TRADE those bone heads guards of ours Telfair and Ridnour. They cant make smart plays, they just dumb and they cant quard nobody. Johnson major dissapointment but when you see his face expression what else would you expect from him. And then Beasley, did he smoke pot during the break yesterday? Now I see why they got rid of him, and I hope soon we will send him packing as well. The guy is useless, those critical turnovers unbelivable, yeaaaaaaah still young but he doesnt have mental capacity to become a good player. WE NEED SMART POINT GUARD, with Billups we would've won at least 5 more games. Nuff said.

T-Wolves proved again that its hard to play a game with one hand on their own throats. With that said they are a definite improvement over last year when they had both hands on their throats.
