"Rambis plans to talk to the team before today's practice to establish
some guidelines on better preparation for games". UNBELIEVABLE!
A coaches sole job is to prepare his team as best he can and get the
most out of the talent he has. This is his second year and second
completely new team and all I hear from him is how they are either
not prepared or don't give full effort game after game after game..........
Can anyone within the sound of my keystrokes give me a reason to
give a rats rear end about this franchise?

Same story, just another year older. Don't ever expect the T-Wolves to be anything special. Think about it, when did this team actually make you excited about them? Who was their coach and who was their star player? This organization has a history of letting the wrong people go. Trading drafted players who could have made the team awesome because of dopes who out think themselves.

If Kevin Love is all you have to get excited about, is that really success?

Mr. Glen Taylor, please plead for mercy, and sell this so-called professional basketball team to Albuquerque.

I was at the game last night and it was pathetic. The Wolves were lethargic (with the exception of Ridnour) and Kevin Love's comment about Portland not "letting him" get to the ball is ridiculous - he wasn't trying, he wasn't moving his feet, he wasn't reaching for the ball - I was embarrassed to be wearing my Wolves gear and I am usually a pretty strong supporter of the young team, but usually young has advantages like speed and I haven't seen the Wolves play with much speed this year, especially NOT last night. It was gross and the coach should 100% be held accountable, he has got to motivate and discipline this team.

How about doing us all a fafor and just posting if and when they just happen to somehow some way pull out a win? It's reaching when you try and be creative with story after story of the tender-wolves getting humiliated and hammered!!

I think it's a joke that Love is an all-star. This article explains it all. When teams never gameplan around an average player, putting up numbers is not that hard. Apparently, when a team focuses on shutting Love down, he is just an average waste of space. I would like to see his numbers if teams actually tried for four quarters against the wolves. I don't think it's that hard to get a double double when the opposition plays at half speed for three quarters.

This article does not explain it all. You have to either go to the game or watch the game rather than using an article as your only frame of reference. He had a bad game, but Dante Cunningham did a great job on Love and Rambis should have been doing more to get the ball into his best player's hands. But it didn't happen and like Kristy said earlier, the Wolves (except for Ridnour) just didn't play with any energy.

Well, that one went about how I expected it to.
All the attention is on Love by the opposition as well as our own fans. It's easy to nitpick one player when the opposition really does not have to respect the other 4 players on the court. Man for man, is there a team in the league we match up well with? It's another rag-tag mismatched assembly of the NBA's also-rans put together by this franchise yet again. No one wants to play here, and who can blame them? If only they had a new stadium everything would be peachy!

Flynn was absolutely horrible (again.) Darko is battling Flynn for the turnover lead. What do we expect with Koufa Kufos or whatever his name is going up against the likes of Aldridge? I think Aldridge is a more dominant player. BUT, team for team, the 'Blazers would not be nearly as bad as the Wolves without Aldridge. The Wolves would be (more) PITIFUL without LOVE. Let Love have his All Star moment. The way he's getting abused out there, he might not live to see next season, or even the end of this season. The Wolves meat grinder is in full effect. Al Jefferson must be ecstatic to have escaped.

Wow Kurt. You catch on pretty quick, huh? Wow.
You could see it in his face last night. He wants out.

Kevin Love is a weak, stat hungry, pathetic "all-star." He was looking up at the stat board at the 5 minute mark because he wanted to know how many boards he needed to get his double-double, so he could sit the rest of the game. What a pathetic loser.

A garbage team like Minnesota should NEVER have a player on the All-Star team. It should be a RULE. Hold the team accountable for holding back a player. Don't reward failure.

Stern should be ashamed. This league is a SHAME!

When teams double team a player, that means someone should be open. Love is DRAWING the "D," yet he is to blame for his teammates not being good enough to cut to the rim or be able to knock down an open J?

Any other team with a good supporting cast would take ADVANTAGE of the extra attention the opposition was paying your best player. This is yet again an indictment of how BAD the supporting cast is around Love. He cannot single-handedly make the entire team better. Not even Jordan or Kobe or Lebraun can do that, but we should expect Love to do so?? Keep drinking that KoolAid.

I'll be the first to admit Love has limitations to his game. But...he is technically an undersized PF on a crappy team. Its amazing what he gets out of his given physical stature, and that he puts up the #'s he does considering the lack of talent around him. Love was choosen for the World B-Ball championships, and you could tell he belonged there among the league's best, and they WON! He came back with a heightened game and confidence, and has largely done what he has done no thanks to this organization.

Laughing is a visual expression of happiness, or an inward feeling of joy. It may ensue from hearing a joke, being tickled, or other stimuli. It is in most cases a very pleasant sensation.

Any other words you need to have clarified for you, Jack?
