I say this offseason we go after and steal Chauncey Billups from Detroit. This would shift the powers in the Eastern Conference in favor of the Magic and give us a more reliable point, sorry Jameer I think you're better as a back-up point. I think they will exploit Jameer's size during the playoffs and we will see it done when Billups brings Nelson into the post. I still believe we will make some noise in the playoffs and see Dwight do some amazing things, but, we finish 4-2 in Detroits favor. If possible, I say we also go after Vince Carter. If we can somehow get both players than watch out, instant Finals contenders. I'd be happy with either of the two...Vince would give that second go-to-guy we so desperately need and would help us get to the post-season yearly.

The Magic still "sucks" instead of "suck"?

Fortunately for you, they don't require people to take an IQ test before posting messages. If they did, you would be SOL.

By the way, the Magic players do not suck, only the coaching staff.

Matt - but I cannot imagine the Magic losing to Wizards - If we have learned anything about the Magic this season, it is that they have played pitifully against the teams they should have handled readily.
Let us get into the playoff, play the best (Detroit) and play hard.
If Magic cannot beat Wizards without Arenas and Butler, they have no business being in the play-offs. We would then get rid of Hill (Brian I mean)and start fresh for the next season.

Man, I think Hedo was on a mission: 20 pts, 6 rebs, and 3 blks. He is a big reason we won this game and are now in the post-season baby! Does anyone know how much PLAYOFF tickets cost? GO MAGIC!

Would you rather have the Magic playing against the Bulls or the Pistons? I ask only because if the Nets lose the next two and win all of ours then we can take the 7th spot. Either way we are finally going back to the playoffs. GO MAGIC!!!

There is a possibility for the Magic to make to the 7th spot (most probably ahead of WAS) or even to the 6th (ahead of both NJ and WAS). It all depends on NY beating NJ tomorrow night. Then if Magic beats WAS on Tuesday, watch out. NJ's last game is against CHI (probably a loss), and if WAS loses its last match to IND (quite possible as bad as WAS is playing), with a win over MIA (MIA will probably shut down since they can do no worse than 4th) Magic will go ahead of both NJ and WAS, because Magic wins the tie breaker over WAS.
