im dissappointed with how LA played against portland. i mean in the last 3 mins they never attacked the basket. they only shot beyond the arc and they couldnt connect from down town. lakers should use paul gasol more down the stretch when the game is on the line. i think when the game is tied kobe bryant must attack the basket and go to the line. the next game is versus dallas so they should step up deffensively and stop making dunb turnovers. com on LA we need a champion\ship so lets kick every ones ass

That was a tough loss, but, this is going to happen in the course of a season. The Blazers executed better down the strecth than did the Lakers,it is what it is....a loss. Let's get that next win streak started against Dallas!!.......GO LAKERS

I am a season-ticket holder and was at that game last night--the 20,000 fans were rocking!!!! It's too bad that your star--Kobe--had soo many turnovers--6--to help us to the fantastic win!!!! We love to beat the Lakers--Kobe and the coach are so arrogant!!! They whined over every call!!! Get over it! If he got the fouls that he really deserved, he wouldn't have sniffed the 4th quarter! WE LOVE TO BEAT LA!!!!!!

Give the Blazers another year or so and the rest of the Western Conference will once again be looking up at them. This exciting young team has already proved they are for real, that they can compete with the best; but they are still young and growing. Next year, with the addition of Greg Oden and the Fernandez kid from Spain, they will be a legitimate playoff contender and the great Blazer-Laker rivalry of years past will be re-kindled, big time.

These kids are real TrailBlazers, not the JailBlazers we all got so sick of. Zach Randolph and the Knicks, a perfect fit of losers.

Portland will always be a joke. LA is a storied team who will reign supreme soon. Portland is not a sports town - it's a rainy hippy town.

Portland JailBlazers! The laughing stock of the NBA.

That most be absolute torture to have season tickets to the JailBlazers. To have to watch one of the worst teams in the NBA night after night. When has anyone in the Western Conference ever looked up to Portland? Your brains are soaked by the rain and the most depressing weather in the country. I used to live in Oregon and I got out as quickly as I could!! GO LAKERS

It must be sad to see so many Lakers fans at a Portland home game :(

I love how all the Lakers fans have to stick with the old "Jailblazers"...that ship has sailed. The Rapers (I mean Lakers...oops looks like I did it too) are good, and may win the West, but they won't win with class, not with Kobe's arrogance.

Wow, Pomona, CA must be a toxic waste site infested by brain dead, obnoxious, morons. Look at all the offensive posts and they are all from residence of Pomona. Nice representation. I will make sure I drive around that city when I am trying to avoid the next LA riot, or dodging drunken starlets like Britney or Lindsey, or some fake breasted woman on her blackberry driving with complete disregard for anyone else. Don't even get me started on the crooked police force that will taser first and ask questions later.

That loss last night sting you Pomorons much? LMAO. This is exactly why Portland loves to beat LA.

AGIRLIKNOWWELL- I wouldn't argue the point about Kobe being the best current player in the NBA, I think he is, or at least tied as the best. But it must be hard wholely supporting and chearing for a player that whines so much and is so full of himself. Humility would make him the greatest player...looks like we won't have to worry about that.

It is the highlight of Portland's year - it shows how pathetic the Blazers are and always will be.
There's as many Lakers fans as Blazers fans at a Portland home game!!

Yeah, there were a few Laker fans at the game, more like 500-1,000 out of the 20k there. It's just that the gay purple and gold stand out. The reason there were so many there is that LA residence realize their city stinks so they move up here, to a decent city.

Typical Raper response "we love Kobe don't hate we have no idea what we are talking about".If the "lakers" are so good why did they loose? This is why they wont make it past the first round.

xusllabb: Please use spell check your post is very hard to read. NBA teams lose several games throughout a season. I can't beleive we are even discussing the Jailblazers. They are the joke of the NBA!!
