Your main page headline states that "kids" admire Bryant, too, even tho the story does not say that. But if it were true, what does that say about these so-called kids who admire an accused rapist who escaped jail time only because his slick lawyers ruined the alleged female victim with innuendo in the courtroom. And what does it say about the NBA which enables all too many thugs and criminals.

A 3 game win streak is the best the Bulls have had in nearly two complete seasons, pretty much sums up the Bulls fortunes of late i'd say.

I am still surprised that there isn't more talk about the Bulls record against the West ; 17-12.

VDN may not have a clue about the East, but the evidence is mounting that he can prepare a team for the West.

The Bulls have a great chance to win this game tonight and solidify their tenuous hold on 8th place with a chance to move up to 6 or 7 with Philly losing last night and Detroit possibly losing a few more games down the stretch.

Even so, after this the schedule should be favorable to the Bulls, but I am still think the Bobcats have as good a chance, if not better, than the Bulls to make the Playoffs.

Forget about looking up to Kobe Bryant ; with all the drug-dealers and pornographers in Rap music Kobe is a step up. Sad but true.

However, the story about "Kids do too" is different that the one you are commenting on.

So, dude, let me try to get this straight. All this West-East Conference competition melodrama. Are you saying that you think the Bulls are so good against the West that they can be successful in the Championship Game after the blow through the East? Have you ever heard the old expression: Figure lie, and liars figure? The Bulls aren't even a lock at making the Playoffs; yet you're worrying about a Western Conference match-up already? Dude, they are showing spirit and playing to each other's strengths right now and it is the right time of season for them to "jell" but let's not get too excited. As I've opined previously, I'm still waiting to identify that dark horse franchise in the NBA who have a style of game who can truly create fits for other teams, like Nellie's Warriors did a few years ago in the West. The Bulls aren't close to being an elite team but there is always a chance that a "doormat" (that the Bulls are) can get up for a few games and surprise a nonchalant adversary. But, they've still got a long ways to go. Rah, Bulls, go ...but please don't re-insert Deng anytime soon; get him healthy so he can be traded off-season.

I think we should all be more perplexed and dismayed by what's going on in the country as a whole and in the administration and the power structure.

It sorta sickens me that Kobe still gets all this hype even after all that happened. It's like if OJ still had game he would have been able to overcome that joke of a case that he went through and would still be put on a pedestal. Makes me sick, our society is a joke. If you are a super star athlete it just doesn't matter what you do, you'll get away with it and then you'll go back to your riches and fame. Way to go Trib.
