Redick can fit in now. Van Gundy is just an idiot who looks more like Ron Jeremy then a basketball coach. I saw the Magic take on the Sixers and was not impressed with how any of the guards defended all night. Lou Williams and Andre Miller had there way with all of them. Evans didn't produce at all and shot terribly that night. Arroyo only scored because they left him open and never put a hand in his face all night. Pat Garrity even got in that night too if you can believe it. The Magic kept four out and one in (usually Howard) with high screen a rolls (mostly for Turk). Mix that in with a bunch of perimeter gunners and thats the Magic. Unlike the other guards Redick would have and can make his looks. Then again I'm not surprised by the Magic. This is the same team who signed Rashard Lewis. A six foot seven gunner who doesn't do much else. The only players worth it on the team are Turk, Nelson, Howard and JJ. Redick deserves better and I hope he gets out.

First of all, Redick will play, NEXT year.
Second, if those are the only four players worth anything, then why has Jameer been benched? He could have easily played through his injury, keeping his starting job, I've seen people with the exact same thing do it.
And if Coach is such an idiot, how do we have the record we do?

but we will use him, next year. and um, the celtics twice, the pistons once. remember that?
and if you're just going to let every good player you dont use go, you'd sure last a long time in as an exec. yeah right.

Good Record? The Magic will not make it out alive come playoffs. The Magic are also in the WORST division in the NBA. When the Miami Heat have gone to hell and the next closest team will be lucky if they finish five hundred that should say a lot right there. Lastly, if NJ, Chicago and Cleveland weren't such fraud teams this year third best and the Magic aren't in the same sentence.

The Magic is the opposite of the team play of Coach K. Its every man for himself. I watched JJ play his first season with Orland. In one game at MSG, he was free on three consecutive plays, with no defender within 20 feet or even looking his way, standing behind the 3 point line in the corner screaming at his teammates for the ball -- and nobody gives it to him. Everybody is clogged around the basket, looking to dunk himself. Totally selfish -- and stupid -- play They still don't know how to maximize their opportunities against shooting teams by using the drive and kick out play (a la Suns) that is making Coach K's team so surprisingly effective this year. Will somebody please send JJ to a real team that knows how to play together! This is yet another reminder of why college ball is more fun to watch than the NBA.

The magic will lose again in the frist round of the playoff (when it counts). JJ has every right to seek out a trade. Sitting on the bench will gradually reduce his chances of ever making it in the NBA.

Good move. Seems as if OS is intent on ruining your career. SVG will do what he is told to do. This a bum outfit. Get out ASAP. Im hoping that you can hook up with Golden State or the Knicks.
FREE JJ!!!!!
Otis drafted him, genious.

This "bum outfit" is has the third best record in the East.

Golden State does not need him, but on the other hand the Knicks need ANYBODY! His career will really go to die in New York!

Good thing you are not his agent!
